Janet and her team were amazing!!! I was impressed with her professionalism but also felt a strong connection to her as an individual because she was personable. It really mattered to her that we understood each step and what was needed and why. She was empathetic to my issues and acted as my coach to get me across the finish line. She delivered what was promised when, and was in my corner when things got a little challenging. I had every confidence in her and her team and the work they did, which was often well-beyond what was expected. We presented her with a near-impossible task of closing our loan in a very short timeframe. She set a realistic goal and stayed the course, sometimes working through obstacles that easily could have derailed the close date. Where do I start. Everyone knows that purchasing a home is stressful and even being this isnt my first BBQ (yes this is California, we say BBQ), its still stressful. However, Janet DeMarco at PrimeLending, is the absolute BEST, EVER! She makes you laugh, gets to know you, and puts you at ease! Things took a little longer than expected however, apparently due to the low rates it has created a backlog. With that said, the service was good and all of the terms promised were met. I got a good float down rate lock. Our broker Janet DeMarco was excellent. She saved us several fees along the way. My final payment may end up being lower than promised early on.

My lender Susan Papageorges has been with me for @4 years. I continued to shop for a home the entire time. I struggled to find a home that will work for me and my family so the years passed. I would update my financial information to Susan whenever something changed in my life. Recently Susan updated my information and gave me a pre approval for a loan. I recently attended an open house in which I decided that it was the perfect home in the perfect location for me. I gave my realtor Woody the pre approval letter and placed my bid. A few days later, I received a call saying that my bid had won the home!!! I was so happy and I still am. Susan had planned for a vacation at this exact time frame.
