My initial experience on my initial homeownership journey was a bit rocky due to my personal credit union giving me the run around. Luckily, my realtor Karen Mari referred me to Network Capital and the journey became a whole lot smoother. My initial contact was with Zachary Gill, who made the process a million times better. He was easy to communicate with and we maintained a good vibe throughout the entire process. My financial institution took several months to accomplish what Zach did in a matter of days. He is great and an awesome asset to Network Capital. The process did become a bit unnerving when it came around to the underwriting portion but thanks to the team efforts of Zachary Gill, Ian and Sarah Behl they made the experience worth my while. If anyone is looking for their new dream home or just simply in need of refinancing, I would highly recommend Network Capital because they are truly kick a$$ awesome and I mean this in the sincerest way possible. Do Not Recommend!!! Be careful when you deal with them. They communicate something verbally but they put a lot of transaction costs (for me it was $70k transaction costs) somewhere in the written documents. I think they were able to get such great reviews because they deal with people who don t know much about finance. The only positive side is their customer service and quick processing time.

Paid off my mortgage the same month taxes and insurance were due to be paid from my impound accounts. Called 3 times on 3 separate days to ensure Network Capital would pay on time. I was told not to worry that they were required to pay because they were holding the funds and had already accepted the bills. Followed up the following week and was then told that the would not be paying the insurance & taxes that month and that I would have to wait 15 business day before they would cut the check to send to me. I DONT HAVE $6K JUST LAYING AROUND TO MAKE THESE PAYMENTS AND WAIT ON A CHECK FROM YOU IDIOTS!

Justin and Alexa are angels that are miracle workers. After months of dealing directly with financial institutions myself, I will never go back. non professional Loan Officer Stephen Mccurry, NMLS 2095189. After my submission of all requested documents, I was business owner of three different businesses. I sent all the docs accordingly to his requests. Going back and forth for couple days, he suddenly ignore my texts and emails without simply replying the reason why. If the docs were not qualified, there should be at least an explanation, or reaching out to consult me to different program, or giving more docs. However, this guy just ignore me when I asked if he need any more docs, because I have not seen him replying for a while. He did not response. Wow ! Even if you could not accept my application, at least notify your customer. But ignoring your customer is totally a rude attitude and not professional. He used to complain about me sending a bunch of W2s, while I explained I managed 3 different business, of course I need to pay myself for the efforts I made to manage my business. Thats normal. For the fact he did not organize my file, and failed to ask me the questions regarding my employment but just to complain his customer for sending too much documents were a failure. He should not be an officer, I dont know why he was even a Senior, lol, smh

My mortgage loan was transferred to Network Capital earlier this year. I am not happy with this company. Two months in a row now, I have received a courtesy notice that my payment is now past due, even though the payment had been withdrawn from my account already. It took numerous calls, from very incompetent people to correct. I just now received another message, and will have to go through this mess again. I wish I could give negative stars.

We began working with Stephen McCurry from beginning to end. We did not experience many detours along the way however whatever the detour was, Stephen ensured it was communicated and taken care of. All the conditions we arranged from the beginning were met except one but that was explained later. Our loan closed and we explained to him that they were not sending us the payoff checks as we originally requested and he fixed that issue too. We were very much satisfied with the communication we received from him. Overall, we were satisfied with his service and response to our questions and needs and would recommend anyone to work with Stephen.

I could have gone with another company but I liked Aaron he was very helpful and went the extra mile. It sometimes can be a little difficult but he hung in there with me. Also Angela was a lot of help when I was having trouble getting access to a document that was needed. Thank you both it was great working with you. It has been a year since I have refinanced through this company and I have to say I am not happy. The reason for refinancing my loan was to get a lower interest rate and lower my payments. Well they were lower for the first 6 months but then they said my escrow account was short due to my insurance went up so I went with the higher payment by almost $400.00 then three months later I got a check in the mail from my insurance company saying that there was an over payment from my escrow account. I couldnt help but wonder if my escrow account was a mess. I have tried calling Network Capital several times every time I either get cut off or put on hold for hours the last time I tried calling I was on hold for 1hour and 59 minutes and still waiting I finally gave up and hung up. I have wondered if they tell you they will transfer you just so they dont have to deal with you. I have other things to do cant waste my time waiting to talk to someone. I have made payments by phone and they charge $9.50 just to pay by phone to a prerecorded message not even a live person. And the info you get when you pay by phone you cant even understand as it tends to break up. I once payed by phone on time and I kept checking my bank account to see if it cleared my account after a week or so I called them after a waiting a long time to talk to someone and find out why the money was still in my bank account they said that it was returned for insufficient funds I knew the money was there as I have a special account set up just for that payment, I told them that then they told me to check with my bank. I called my bank and there was no insufficient funds for that account. They charge me a late fee that time and told me they would transfer me to another department to see if they could waive the late fee, I waited on the phone for over an hour and got hung up on and I never got a live person. I wish I never refinanced through this company I would have been better off and my account balance would have been less as they took some of my equity to refinance. Going through the process to refinance they were very helpful but afterwards they are the worst. I AM NOT HAPPY with this company. Thier customer service. If the interest rates were still low and it wouldnt cost me I would refinance through another company. I should have stay with the previous company before this one. They were much better.

In May of 2022 my wife, Ruby, and I began exploring the possibility of refinancing our home and taking out some equity to pay off a number of our credit card bills. During our search, somehow, Jacob Garza of Network Capital found us and quickly showed us he was very serious about helping us find the best arrangement for our needs. We had probably waited later than we should have and faced a number challenges in setting up a program that would pass muster and meet our needs. Jacob as our loan officer proved over and over again his dexterity in jumping through hoops and the assistance he received from Courtney Wieters, our closing processor, should garner both of them nominations to the US Olympic gymnastics team. After a little confusion concerning the solar panels on our house, the loan closed the end of May and our mortgage was paid on 2 June 2022. We were ecstatic and thought all our hard work was finally paid off and we could relax. However, here is where our real fun began. We keep watching for other accounts to be paid off and saw no action. Eight days later, 10 Jun 22, our phone rang and was hung up. Since the phone number looked like a Network Capital number, I returned the call reaching Mr. Mark Bui, Manager Post Closing. Both Ruby and I expressed concerning over the fact that we could see no payment being made and were very nervous that some late payment fees would hit our account the next week. On one account that would have added interest to the account that we had not been required to pay from the opening of the account and on the other a hefty fee, not to mention the black mark on our credit report. Mr. Bui lied to us and told us not to worry everything was well in hand and would be paid on time. Thankfully we did not listen to him, but made payment to accounts that we had been told would be covered. On the next Friday, 17 June 22, after both of those account had become due we followed up again and discovered that because of some system glitch, the account numbers that we had provided to Network Capital, had not been successfully provided to the agent that they used to process account payments. Mr. Bui s diligence in making sure his customers need were taken care of is extremely evident here. Had we taken his word that everything was going as expected, the payments may have never been paid? We completed his responsibilities and are happy to say that we are now seeing our accounts being paid off. However, it did take six weeks from the payoff of our initial mortgage until the last credit card was paid off costing us over $500 in interest payments because of the delay.

This was the second time I have used Network Capital to refinance my home, I applied at 12 different high profile named mortgage companys to get the best service, interest rate and APR. as can be told by the review who earned my business was Eric Schmidt Mortgage Banker, very polite and detailed answers to my questions and kept me up to date as the process progressed. When looking to buy our first house, like everyone we did a lot of research on trying to find the right mortgage broker. We stumbled across Network Capital Funding Corporation and what a blessing it was. It took what can be a very stressful process and made it simple, quick and effective. Kendra Hoang and AnoukSimone Weklak were everything we hoped. She walked us through all the process and answered all our questions no matter how simple, complicated or repetitive with the same sincerity and professionalism that you hope for. Last November, I tried to refinance with Network Capital. Kevin Avery is the loan officer. He was professional but forceful to accept his loan term. At some point, after giving all my SSN and other details, I backed out as their interest rate is too high and they are adding more money into my loan amount (taking back to where I was 7 months earlier). Since, I backed out several Network capital employees targeting me by calling every day from different different numbers. Really very very bad people. I will never go to them again. I am fed up with their constant phone calls, so i am adding my review here so that others understand how to proceed with these people.

Sean Mukai and Susana Lee were very helpful during my refinancing process. Sean worked to find alternate ways to improve the terms and pay off debt while enabling me to cash out a small amount of my equity. Other representatives could not seem to come up with the same advantages that Sean and Network Capital could. Susana was also flexible and able to help move the arrangement through to completion. I had never heard of Network Capital and definite had not heard of a closing process taking 14 days. Therefore, I was very cynical of the whole process when I answered my phone that Thursday afternoon. My first thought was to hang up. Im so glad that I did not. After being turned down previous by a banking institution, I really didnt think it was possible. But, what did I have to lose? After speaking with Iyad (Eddie) Kader and telling him what I was hoping to achieve, he gave me hope. After providing the documents requested, he found a rate that best fit my needs and we locked in the rate. Eddie was amazing; very professional, polite, efficient and so personable that Ive adopted him into my family.:) Daniel Maldonado was just as professional, polite and efficient as Eddie. He processed all of that information, made corrections and made sure any questions were answered. His attention to detail and customer service was superb. Both Eddie and Daniel kept me informed of what was happening and what to expect. This was the easiest and fastest closing process Ive ever experienced. I closed in 12 days and my 15 year loan is less than what I would be paying on my 30 year loan. I highly recommend Iyad Eddie Kader and Daniel Maldonado with Network Capital to all of my family and friends for any mortgage needs. They made a believer out of me. I refinanced my house early Nov. This was my first refinance. I had heard about Network Capital on the radio and decided it was time. I dreaded the process and figured it would be time consuming and stressful. I have bought 2 homes in my life and the process was very long, time consuming and stressful. Omar Kader is the man who answered my call and saw me through the first part of the process. He was knowledgeable, kind and patient with me as I had a lot of questions and was still hesitant to take this step. He helped calm my fears with data, running the numbers in multiple ways with multiple loan options and broke the process down so that I completely understood it. Then he handed me over to the processor, Joseph Francia. He was awesome as well! Again, he answered all my many detailed questions and educated me on house loans. He was friendly and funny which put me at ease. He even gave me his personal number since I was unable to sign the closing paperwork during the week and had to do a Sat appt. He wanted to make sure I could reach him incase there was any paperwork I didnt understand and he could walk me through it. And yes, I had to call him twice! Even though it was his day off, he was so patient and helpful! Neither of these men were pushy or made me feel pressure. And the best part was that I signed in just under 2 weeks!! It would have taken less time to close if my work schedule hadnt gotten in the way. These men were awesome and made this process very easy for me. In the end, I paid off 35k+ in debt and decreased my mortgage payment as well as my percentage rate. Oh I forgot to mention I didnt have to get a house inspection...which also saved me time and money! I appreciate all the help Omar and Joseph provided. If I ever refinance, I will definitely be going back to Network Capital and requesting these two gentlemen. Thank you both again for all you help! This review is a little delayed and I apologize. Work is very hectic these days due to the holidays and meeting deadlines and year-end goals at work. In my case, scheduling medical appointments for my son and elderly parents also conflicted with other pressing emergency home repairs. Speaking of home repairs, to the rescue is Benjamin Levy of Network Capital Funding Corporation. True to his promises, Benjamin was able to close on my refi in 10 days and immediately funded it. Many companies can give you loan estimates and send you loan disclosures but fall short on funding abilities! Not Benjamin. He will get you funded! I have been in the legal field for over 30 years and I have never seen such a fast closing, ever! I must admit, the call came out of nowhere and I usually don t entertain a call from an unknown number-- thanks to my decent phone blocking app and spam filters I have somehow avoided the sometimes relentless telemarketers and annoying robo-calls. That day, when I politely told the caller that I just refinanced to a 15-year mortgage 6 months ago (so she didn t need to waste my time and hers), she insisted Network Capital can do better. Better than 2.5% on a 15-year mortgage, I asked? No way, I told myself but she was quick enough to transfer me to Underwriting . Then, a nice, friendly and confident-sounding voice came on the line and said, Hi, this is Benjamin Levy. May I call you Lalaine? It was almost as if I was talking with one of my close friends from that moment on. I was very straightforward with Benjamin and told him exactly what I was looking for in terms of what my financial needs were. Benjamin explained all of the options to me like a pro as if it was being explained to me by my ex-husband, whom I trust, believe it or not, with my life! My ex was once a fully licensed broker for a big brokerage firm before moving to Asia to be an options trader, just to give you an analogy as to who I was dealing with at Network Capital. Benjamin is very knowledgeable and detailed and did not ask me for a lot of sensitive or personal information so I felt at ease talking with him. In between those intimidating financial terms, he would joke and traded funny life stories with me. He was very entertaining so I stayed on the phone with him longer than I planned to. Amazingly, during the conversation and, after walking me through the electronic loan application process, he was able to lock me in for an unbelievable rate. After that, all I had to do is to compare his deal with another deal I have had previously with someone else I trusted. I made my choice pretty quickly after of course running the figures of the loan estimates and financial disclosures with my ex, who told me that both deals were fair and either one would bring me what I needed. Great! In the end, I went with Network Capital because Benjamin was able to schedule my closing 5 days after Underwriting gave us the go and funded the account the following week (only because the closing was on a Friday). The whole experience was painless and stress-free. Benjamin and his closing agent, Jennifer worked tirelessly and were there for me whenever I would text, email or call, answering any of my questions (which were not that many, lol). Needless to say, I am very satisfied with the transaction, especially now that my 3 bathrooms are undergoing their much- needed renovations. I also just signed off on the architectural plans for my future kitchen and happy to report that I received a notice that my HERO loan for the impact windows and doors on my house have been paid off! Did I tell you how much money I saved on this refi with Benjamin? Well a big number with lots of zeroes! I am happy and I feel blessed. Thank you Benjamin Levy you truly are an angel for helping so many people.

Network Capital is the only way to go for your refinancing and or home purchasing needs. I used them twice for refinancing my home and once for home purchasing. They were very professional and guided me throughout the process. Both Michael and Mario were so helpful. They frequently checked up on me throughout the process to assure I had all the answers to my multiple questions and to make the process run smoothly. I want to take the time to thank Michael Monaco for calling us and telling us about the program. He explained the benefit of refinancing our home and what we will gain from this action. I told him I did not want to go through this again because we got swindled at the beginning of the COVID 19 pandemic by another company. I was not trying to hear what he had to tell me. He began to talk with me about life issues and I began to open up with him. Financing or re-financing a loan can be an intimidating process. I tried working with a few other companies and just felt like they were trying to sell me and make a buck. Fortunately I connected with Young Kim at Network Capital. It was clear from the beginning he was different. He asked me questions and gathered facts about what I wanted to accomplish. After a few conversations he gained both my trust and respect (not an easy thing to do). He presented me with multiple options and talked me through each one. At no point did I feel pressured, instead he was educating me. It was so refreshing and ultimately I choose the option that allowed me to accomplish what I wanted too. I was initially contacted by Network Capital loan manager Jacob Garza on Sept 10th. I get numerous cold calls and usually dismiss them but Jacob immediately gained my confidence and trust with his professional, factual no-nonsense demeanor. I was also cautious as I had a very bad experience with Secure Capital last year. Jacob made the whole process fast and efficient, along with his team member Daniella. Jacob told what documents I needed to provide, helped me upload them, and within 5 business days of completing my application, my loan was approved. The loan completed closing on Sept 25th and funded on Sept 27th, just 10 business days from submitting my application. I strongly recommend Jacob and the Network Capital team - this was by far the best and most efficient process for refinancing Ive ever experienced.

Riyadh was an absolute pleasure to deal with he was so knowledgeable and professional and handled all of my needs without hesitation. They said they would have everything done and closed in 10 days I thought that was too quick because I have done a refi before that took 45 days. My wife and I have been looking for a home for 2+ years, we finally found one that is perfect for our family of 5. Now the hard part, getting the loan processed, funded and closing escrow. I have bought several homes and refinanced several times. By far, this is the best company I have dealt with over the years. The Network Capital staff just refinanced several of my investment homes, saving me thousands of dollars Yes, THOUSANDS $$$$... I had many companies in the past that told me they will match or beat any other companys offers. Then when I put them to task and find a better offer I get BS responses. Network Capital is the only company I have dealt with so far that actually says they would beat any offer and then actually do it when put to the task. Young Kim called me asking if I was interested in refinancing my loan. I thought about it and wanted some cash to do home upgrades. Young Kim was very helpful in explaining the process and assured me that they would need minimal information since I have refinanced with them before. I uploaded the information to their secure drop box so my private information was secure Then I was warmly passed to the underwriter Craigneisha Williams. She required a few more docs and set the close date. I picked a time that worked for my schedule. The entire process was easy and my loan funded without any issues. Fast - Easy - Pleasant ... Not typically words one thinks of when referring to Refinancing a Mortgage Loan, but thats exactly how I would describe my experience. The rate was great, but the Process with Network Capital was unique in that it was so smooth and completed so quickly. There was a minimal need for supporting documentation on my part thanks to their ability & willingness to obtain information on their own. I worked primarily with Jessica Lane who so impressed me with her knowledge & ability to explain things in laymans terms as well as her commitment to keeping me advised of every step of the process. Her quick response time to inquiries was so very much appreciated. Its not very often in business when you are fortunate enough to deal with someone who is actually a pleasure to work with, but Jessica is the exception to the rule. The whole process was completed over the phone and through email, with one visit from a mobile notary for wet signatures. Ive financed 5 houses in my life and this was by far the easiest of all. I believe Jessica Lane is the reason and I thank her very much. I highly recommend you ask for her when you call!!!

This is the 2nd time I have refinanced with Network Capital and have 0 regrets! Before deciding to go with them a 2nd time I got quotes with two other lenders and Network Capital had the lowest interest rate offer of the 3 ! I highly recommend Julius Clark and mortgage banker Jessica . Both were very communicative, professional, quick and the the biggest thing for me is HONEST ! We refinanced last year to lower our rate and did not have a good experience. My husband and I were Very skeptical about doing the process all over agin with Network Capital. After discussing the process we decided to give them another chance. We were very surprised and happy with the process. This process has been a hot mess from the beginning and hot mess isnt really how I wanted to word this. It literally will not end. From wanting duplicate docs, to giving wrong payoff information, to passing the buck to everyone else - and more duplicate docs, more its not our fault, more oh you need to notarize more docs, more we need more duplicate docs (true story), and tons of I promise this is the last thing we need. Theres so much more to say, but let me clear my conscience by giving you fair warning - dont do it. Update: Network Capital will not make anything right with their errors - even though they acknowledged them - unless I was willing to change this to a 5 star review. It has been 3 weeks since JeromeAs response from Network Capital. We did call him and explained the things that happened. He was supposed to get back to us. As of today, no return call. ----- As of today (8/21) still no response. Ive emailed again back on 4/1. No response and no call...

I generally put off the refi on my house but after watching the rates fall for so long, I went ahead and bit the bullet. Omar Kader is really the best on getting loans. After being rejected by other loan companies who said they could get a loan. However, submitting all the documents they ultimately rejected my applications as they would not accept my income. Omar indicated he could process and he could get our loan. It was the best experience refinancing with Travis and Oswaldo. They made the processing very easy with stress free and as simple as possible.
