I am not a customer of them. They took a picture of my house and printed it on a piece of paper and mailed it to me trying to sell me on refinancing my house. On top of that, the envelope had no return address and did not mention who was sending us mail. This is all SUPER creepy. Not a good marketing strategy. Please don’t come take pictures of my house if you don’t know me and we are not in business. I have PTSD from being in a home invasion. This does not help that.

The team worked collectively to make sure the client’s goal of purchasing a home was accomplished. Very friendly with open lines of communication. They are flexible too; so if your schedule is super busy, they can adapt to your schedule. I have no problem working with them for my next home purchase or recommending to anyone.

Johnnie is very knowledgeable in his field. As a first time home buyer, I didn’t feel inadequate as such. He has a way of calming his client’s anxiety.

I worked with Brett with our initial financing for our home in 2023. He out hustled the other loan officers from other agencies to get us a competitive interest rate. Unfortunately, we did not close with E-Mortgage Capital at that time due to an agreement we made with another lender.

Yet, we knew we wanted Brett to assist with our refinance when the time came in 2024. Again, he worked to get us a competitive interest rate in such uncertain economic times. The process went as he said it would and we closed on time. We appreciate the work E-Capital Mortgage does to provide consumers the best outcome for their circumstances.

Horrible experience with this company and loan officer Josh Stewart. This man illegally ran our credit with a hard inquiries and then denied it even with screenshots of the hard inquiries. It s been over a month and I m still trying to fight this with them to remove the hard inquiries off the 3 credit bureaus. Not to mention this also triggers hundreds of harassing other lender calls trying to solicit mortgages. I do not and can not recommend this business and loan officer to anyone. Beware and check you credit!

Brett Tyson should be fired. Awful experience! He sent my credit information, address and loan options to someone that wasn t me. I never once wanted their business. They tried getting me to refinance on a different property. Brett never apologized. He said that it was inconvenient for him because he got the wrong contact.

This company is a scam. They provided us a quote that beat all of the competition so we proceeded with their offer. We signed an initial disclosure and then every time we tried to move forward we were met with stalls and inaction. Steer very clear of this company. We dealt with Tom who at every turn promised us a better rate and played us. The stalling took so long that we lost out on 4 other offers that were better than this new offer. This companies lies and cheats to earns your business.

E Mortgage Capital ended up making a huge error in my loan. They didn t add the proper amount of property tax in the beginning, and added it a year later making me pay back payments and the monthly rate also jumped up $700 more than when we signed due to this huge error on their end. Really disappointing and unprofessional experience. I called and emailed the broker the evidence and he said that it was an internal error but there was nothing he could do about it to adjust it. Will not work with them again. Do not recommend.

Hi there I just wanted to share my experience with E Mortgage and the process of my loan. First of all I was dealing with an other company lender , and they were hiding numbers and trying to convince me to sign for a very High rate even though my credit score was very good. I noticed that they wanted to make money for themselves even though I knew them for a long time!! So one day Hector Almanza called me from E Mortgage we chatted and I shared my experience with him about the other company. Hector wanted to help me out with the process. Hector was very honest with me and my wife, always calling me or emailing us with information and thats why I decided to sign with Hector Almanza and E Mortgage. The worst possible experience if you are planning on refinancing DO NOT use them. Jamal told us we would not have to come out of pocket for anything and here we are $2000 in and no closing in sight. And nowhere near what he even estimated the home value was considering he said anywhere from 210-230k so yeah. So many hoops to jump through for nothing they said we wouldn t have to make a payment for September and then October rolls around and they say we need to pay September to close so we paid it and now they re saying we can t close because there can t be any 30 day lates when they re the reason it was late. This whole process just feels like a scam and I wish we would have never responded to their inquiry.

Highly unprofessional! Got flooded with aggressive spam texts from loan officer named Terry. Ignoring didn t help, reporter junk, he started texting from 850 number. Not sure where he got my number, name and partially correct information from. Suspicious, annoying and not professional. I would avoid this company

I once thought that mortgage brokers were basically all the same. One might offer you a slightly lower rate. One might be a little more responsive. But all and all, not much difference. Not this time! I wanted to Refi my home and after being offered a great rate by a different lender who then proceeded to ghost me, I started shopping around. Lender after lender made promises of a rate, then told me they couldn t help me or even worse, just not answer me. I had basically given up, assuming my credit meant I couldn t refi right now. It was just by random chance that I responded to a text offering me what I was certain to be another failed attempt. I m so glad I gave it one more shot! Not just did they get me Refinanced, but at a lower rate than any other of the flaky companies who left me high and dry!! I will recommend them to anybody, they can help! Javier always responded. He never left me in limbo and he made sure i was updated. Tonya had a can do attitude and made sure I had all the paperwork I needed to get funded! Thank you guys so much!!

My experience with this company started off wrong with Kayle but I thought when Joe reached out to me it would turn out better. I started with wanting a HELOAN then it was recommended I needed to go with a HELOC. Although I had my reservations I trusted Joe to guide me. When United World Mortgage called my bank and I was not briefed by Joe or Amy, this was again when more problems surfaced. UWM has horrible customer service even WITH USAA. I told Joe that I would not like to go with this company and he shifted his energy to say that he would not burden his staff to help me find another loan servicer because they work on commission. Wow Joe! I thought working witn you as a regional manager would be better than my first experience with your company but I was wrong. You did not care about helping me since you mentioned you helped over 200 clients this month. I am so thankful that we did not close this month and I will not be working with you. This experience taught me a great lesson, be kind to all of your clients not just some of them. You wasted my time and energy.

never leave Google reviews, but it s the least I can do after working with Robert Towers as a first time home buyer! I actually reached out to Robert about a year ago on the recommendation of a realtor when I was just starting to get an idea of what I could afford for buying my first home. Robert spent probably an hour with me on the phone walking through everything I needed to know about different mortgage rates, monthly payments, buy-downs, etc. and it was super helpful for me to conceptualize what I needed. Fast forward a year later, and I m actually buying a place for a parent and decided to reach back out to Robert when I was shopping for rates. Not only did Robert get a rate that was 1-1.5 points lower than the other quotes I received, but he also got the loan approval in just 4 days after escrow opened! He was hyper detail oriented and timely with all steps needed to keep the process moving quickly. 10/10 would recommend again!

So my husband had several different companies contacting him. How about doing a refinance? Well, we have one lady that already had sent us the closing disclosures and everything, but we will still want it a little cheaper rate. Well, E mortgage capital had already been messaging my husband for a while said they could beat that, right, my husband said okay, well, he gave everybody to 5 oclock on Wednesday the 11th And this guy Message my husband back about 430 said he talks to the managers, its already been underwriting, everything was good to go clear to close in the refinance. We would have the closing disclosures in our email. Shortly okay, so weve been waiting for them. We told everybody else, kick rocks, were going with these people, you know, blah blah blah. Its now 10 oclock our time and they call and say they now cant do it as I already use some of my mortgage money to pay to fix well to get fixed. Yes, thats partially my fault. I jumped the gun, but my husband also tripled quadruple checked with them, and they said we were good to go.We were getting the closing papers blage, blage. All the guy could say is well, Im sure you could still go with someone else. All you know? Im sorry that thats it. What star are you gonna do like? Didnt you ? Didnt even try to figure out a solution, but mind you were doing a VA. As long as its VA. backed, there will always be a solution. You can do I have 3 solutions I can do right now. Why doesnt he have one. Very very bad company They have no idea what they have just done to us. And you know what the sad part is, they dont care. I own my own company. Im in customer service, you know, and if I pull this on somebody, I would make it, right By the way, he put everything in text messaging, so we have proof.

Absolute terrible company that provides little to no support from upper level management. Would not recommend this company to anyone, especially veterans. Our loan officer was the only positive experience we had, which provided consistent support. However, he was left alone in dealing with our specific closing situation which resulted in our family hopping from airbnb to airbnb for almost 2 weeks. Spoke with one upper level management individual once and never received any additional support, follow up or call back. The loan officer needs to take his talents to an organization that actually helps their clients and employees.

I had the pleasure of working with Mike Cecero as my Loan Officer. He was thorough, assisted in every way possible to ensure I had an easy closing. Additionally, he went above and beyond by finding multiple lenders that would finance the home loan. Initially, I thought he was a scam text, but his persistence in reaching out to me, lead me to having a conversation. I m a very hard sell and Mike was solid in making sure I had all information needed to make my decision. I went from a 6.5% to 5.75% interest rate and I ve saved so much money because of this deal.
