My fiancé and I went with Trustlink Mortgage as the broker for our first home purchase. Ignacio was our point of contact and he was always available on weekends and after hours. He worked closely with our escrow and builder to get the deal closed. He helped me learn about the process and would answer all my questions about the process and terminology, which would sometimes be long phone calls. Ignacio’s communication was great and understanding of the new construction process, and the different programs offered for the competitive rates. We are hoping to refinance with him this year to a more manageable interest rate and Ignacio has been keeping an eye on the rates for us. Ignacio helped me obtain a loan at the last minute after another lender we initially intended to use did a bait and switch. He was exceptionally prompt, thorough, lucid, and helpful. The rates he was able to obtain were also very competitive. My first call to him was on a Tuesday, and an initial appraisal was scheduled the same Saturday. I also recommended him to my friends.

This is our 5th real estate/home purchase and the first time working with Jason Forman. As this process always has an underlying layer of stress and can often be incredibly time consuming, the experience working with Jason was exceptional and a clear standout from anything we had experienced before. We have never had such a smooth process and can honestly say we owe that all to Jason. I wouldnt even say that Jason is responsive as hes so incredibly proactive. I first discovered Jason at Trust link because trust link was the preferred lender for the Carson Lading new builds that I thought I wanted to purchase. Turns out that my blessing was located in a city closer to family and friends and still having the most important amenities that I wanted (a yard for my kid to play in). Absolute Professionals! I was purchasing a home while still living out of state and in the process of retiring from the U.S. Army, which can be stressful enough. Ignacio and his team made the entire process incredibly smooth. Theyre communication was amazing, they promptly returned emails, calls and texts. I got connected with Jason through a referral from another bank and Jason is very responsive, he works on the weekend, he keeps his commitment, and was successful in completing the funding our loan. I had a great experience with Trustlink Mortgage! Although my Credit history was great, it was not long enough to get a normal Mortgage through Bank of America. BoA told me I would have to get a FHA loan (and extra insurance costing plenty of $$$), but Trustlink got me a great normal loan through a credible lender at a great rate!

With the low rates I must have received a 100 refinance letters in the mail this year and I only called one-Trustlink! Why? Well it was the only letter that reminded me I was paying a couple extra hundred dollars a month on PMI and it stated they could possibly remove that for me. So I called my (then) current lender and they gave me this huge run around on having to write a letter asking for my PMI to be removed and all these hassles I needed to do in order to get it removed. Even though specifically remember the notary telling me that PMI can be removed after a year of current payments but my lender wanted to make it as difficult as possible. So I called Tustlink and right away a live person (Jason Forman) picked up. The conversation flowed, he was more than happy to look into how he could save us some money. Not only did we get superior service but I trusted Jason within the first or second conversation I had with him. Never trusted my first lender to say the least. We got an amazing rate and really what I can say I appreciated the most was how thorough Jason was with me on the details and numbers. The entire process took maybe a few weeks. I used Ignacio for my refinance. He advised me to get a new appraisal instead of using my new home appraisal from earlier in the year. Thanks to his advice my appraisal showed an increase in value and wiped out my PMI. He also always stayed on top of things. Id readily recommend him.

My husband and I had reached out to three mortgage brokers and banks when we looked to refinance our home in May of 2021. During that period of time, there were a ton of both purchases and refinances and, as a result, we were quoted that the time to process was running into months, not weeks. Also, because we had been previously been burned with an appraiser coming from out-of-area on a refinance of a previous home, and because banking regulations are such that you can no longer pick an appraiser, we made the decision that we were not going to just trust one bank or broker for the refinance, and boy am I glad we did not. The first company we applied to was more online-based and AI-driven assuring us along the way that, YES, they could handle our loan. The sad truth is, they should never have accepted our money because, NO, they couldn t. If you have anything other than a very-straightforward home loan, do not use Ally. And even then, their rates were not the most competitive. The second company was a private bank. Ultimately, they could have done the loan but the rate was 1/4 of a point higher and we would have had to wait an additional month to have the loan processed. The third company was Trustlink Mortgage and Jason Foreman. Not only was Jason right on top of everything, every step of the way, but he made sure that we had an appraiser that had done appraisals in our area at our home-value price point. He started three weeks behind the other two companies and had it done one month before the private bank. Bottom line is, Jason Forman is absolutely the best mortgage broker I have dealt with in my many years of dealing with mortgage brokers and banks. In fact, he just set me up with a mortgage broker on the other side of the country, with no financial benefit to him, and offered to shepherd the process since he has all my documentation! Use him. You will not be disappointed.

I would highly recommend Ignacio from Trustlink Mortgage. I first worked with Ignacio when he helped my son with his loan application to buy a Condo as he walked us through the loan application without any problem, he knew exactly what documents were needed which make the application went even quicker to close and take hold of the Condo. After that we went through 3 different loan re-finance with Ignacio and as always he was there telling us the required documents that were needed to close in a very short time at a very good rate, so he has been helping us for a very long time. During all our transactions with Ignacio, we found him to be very honest and knowledgeable, he would put forward different option thats available and even his suggestion. We had just started the process of getting our ducks in order in pursuing buying a home in an absolutely insane housing market when we found the house of our dreams in our price range. Im saying we hadnt even been pre approved yet, like we JUST started the process. We were put in touch with Trustlink and Jason through our realtor a day before our offer got accepted and started the escrow process. To say that Jason was great would be an extreme understatement. Not only did he do what any great loan officer would do by guiding us through the process in the appropriate timing and things needed to close, but he was also very calm, collected, and just genuinely nice during the entire chaotic process that was our particular case. There were times that I was freaking out over the phone with him thinking things were gonna fall through and every time hed calm me down and assure me everything was fine and that we would close on time. He was right. We closed on time and my family now owns an amazing house and its a large part thanks to Jason. It goes without saying its important to have a loan officer thats great at the buisness aspect of the job. Someone who knows the ins and outs of the escrow and money process, but theres also a humanity aspect of the job that I think is rare in the mortgage business but is equally important. It was obvious from the beginning and throughout that Jason wanted us to get the house. Not just because its his job and he makes a living doing this, but also that he REALLY wanted US to get the house because hes an actual good person and has a great heart. I cant recommend this guy enough and anytime I know someone who is considering buying in Orange county I will encourage them to call Trustlink and Jason.

I called Ignacio saying I only had 21 days to close. He got my loan approved the next day and cleared to close in 10 days, all with a rock bottom interest rate! He mentioned he has close relationships with the lenders he works with, which allows him to close deals insanely fast. Despite the speed, he was happy to slow down whenever I had questions and explained things clearly (Look at page 3, second paragraph...), I wouldnt be surprised if hes memorized every page of all the docs he sent me. Honestly, just give Ignacio a call and ask him some tough questions if youre on the fence. He really hustles for all these glowing 5 star reviews and deserves every one of them. Buying a house was stressful, but zero of the stress came from the lending-side after bringing Ignacio onto my team since he was so on top of his stuff. Couldnt recommend him more!!

I highly recommend Iggy. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and were absolutely clueless about the whole process. Being a first time homebuyer was extremely overwhelming because we had no idea what to expect or what we were doing. We purchased a new build home through a home builder and represented ourselves in the transaction, and had to deal with the home builder s agent for the sale. This was complicated as no one really was there for us to help us through the homebuying process. Luckily for us, we had Iggy, who was with us every single step of the way. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about everything, so much so that we didn t really need a real estate agent to help us through the sale because he always had all the answers and was always there to advocate for us. He was available around the clock, whenever we needed him, and we knew we could always count on him. Even after the sale, if we had questions about anything we could always call him and he would still answer and be there for us. He always was realistic with us about what to expect and never over promised things that he didn t think he would be able to deliver. He is always pleasant, professional, and positive. We had such a great experience with him that we called him up a year after we purchased our home and had him help us to refinance our loan. Ignacio delivers in record time We came to Ignacio after a very bad experience with another lender broker who dragged our refi loan app for more than 60 days.
