Mr. Babak Moghaddam is a very dedicated individual who follows through on every part of the process. He is extremely knowledgeable with the requirements and the process in order to get qualified for a mortgage loan. He closely followed my mortgage loan application. After I gave my mortgage amount, he provided all the mortgage loan options available to me plus detail explanation of each one. Buying a home can be very overwhelming, but if you have someone with outstanding knowledge and patience your stress will become minimal. Everything was smooth sailing with constant communication from Alissa and Babak. Even after dealing with Builder delays and our rate lock nearing expiration, Alissa kept calm and helped us stay calm. When the final approval was received and we only had 5 days before the rate lock expired, Alissa rose to the challenge and finished everything we needed in 2 days!

I was referred to Charter Pacific and Mr. Babak Moghaddam, by a good friend earlier in 2021. We were just assessing our options for a reliable loan officer at that time. Throughout our brief conversation, Babak was very knowledgeable, professional and answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. We discussed many options and I was able to get educated about many important details. A few months later, we were ready to enter the real estate market and to look for our first home. We were so happy with Babak throughout the whole process. When we were home shopping, he was so responsive and helpful with the process and always available on short notice to explain things like the paperwork needed or more complicated real estate things like what it means to waive the appraisal contingency. We would always hear back from him so quickly. During the escrow process our escrow officer and realtor were both pretty flaky, but with Babak and his loan processor, Alissa, on our side, we felt so supported because we knew they were watching the whole thing and keeping everything moving! We got our loan way faster than expected and closed our escrow ten days early with a fabulous interest rate. I could not recommend Babak and Charter Pacific more highly. This process is such a stressful one and Babak made everything so easy and seamless. He was responsive, communicative, and helpful in every way.

Babak and his team were great! When it comes down to it, the two things that matter most are service and price. You want someone who is upfront, honest and who will return your calls. And of course you want someone that can get you the best rate on your loan. Babak checks both boxes. He has tons of experience and is professional, straight forward and prompt. I learned about Charter Pacific Lending thru a friend. I decided to request a quote. Babak responded to my email quickly and gave me a quote right away. I am so happy that I found Charter Pacific Lending. They provided excellent customer service. They made the refinancing process worry-free. No hidden fees! They tell you everything upfront. I would definitely recommend their service.

I dont typically write reviews. I usually do it when Im shockingly dissatisfied with the level of service Ive received from a company or individual or am over-the-top delighted. Im happy to say that the latter is the case with Charter Pacific Lending Corp. What an AMAZING group of professionals! I recently refinanced my home with Charter Pacific and I could not be more impressed! This was by far the smoothest, most problem-free loan process Ive ever experienced. Babak and his team could not have been more helpful in making this process wonderfully expeditious and, believe it or not, pleasant! Communication was first-rate and everyone involved went above and beyond in making sure everything was completed in a matter of days. And they offered me the most competitive deal available bar none. I give Charter Pacific my highest recommendation and will definitely use them again in a heartbeat when the need arises. Thanks guys!

I needed to relocate from my existing residence and I only had three weeks before my lease run out. Charter Pacific closed my loan in less than two weeks and I am very grateful to them. The transaction was handled with care and the mortgage rate was extremely low. Many thanks to the staff at Charter Pacific, I have moved in and am enjoying my new home. From one buyer to another; they are highly recommended.

I love Charter Pacific and all they have done for me since 2013. From helping me get my first loan for my first house, to helping me refinance twice, to simply providing advice and feedback. I especially appreciate Babak and how detailed he is and how quick he replies to any emails I may have sent, no matter the day or time. I can alway rest assured that whatever my purpose is, Babak and team will see it through. He works great with my realtor, which overall makes anything home finance related, stress free and a breeze. Babak and his team were amazing. Every step of the way Babak was there to answer our questions and walk us through our process of buying our 1st home. Whenever we had a question or concern Babak made sure that we understood. He always set the right expectation so there were never any surprises. Babak and his team are awesome .this was the first time that I was going to do refinancing and I has no idea about it but Babak explained carefully with lots of patients whole process couple times and He surprised me because whole process A to Z took less than 2 weeks!!! Charter Pacific kept in close contact and kept me appraised of the loan process from beginning to end. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommend them.

Once again, Babak and his team took very good care of my refinance. He has been there to get me into my 3 home purchases and my refis. His team make the process so easy and stress free. Babak and his team never cease to amaze me with their professionalism, expertise , responsiveness, and the Great feeling I have knowing that I can count on them and that I am truly in Good hands . Babak answers my questions , clarifies , addresses my concerns if any , he is a gem to work with . Just over 6 months ago Babak and his team helped me to finance my new home, today I refinanced this home and closed with a much better interest rate , saving me a couple hundred dollars a month . Just like he has in the past He keeps me in the loop when mortgage rates drop and as a repeat customer I do not have any closing costs , saving me money . The finance and refinance process I have to admit is made quite simple as I have in the past also used other entities to finance other homes, and , Babak and his team make the A list for finance or refinancing .

I would recommend Charter Pacific Lending Corp. to anyone as they delivered on their promises and made my refinance very easy and listened to what I had to say. They did an amazing job and I rarely if ever give out five stars but these folks earned it.

This review long overdue. Babak and his team at Charter Pacific walked us through the loan process when we bought our first home back in 2013. Super professional, helpful and most importantly they have great integrity. Circle around 2019, they helped through it all again with my dads home loan. Nothing has changed. For kicks, I shopped around for rates to compare but Charter was lower by a decent amount, especially compared to the retail guys. If you want piece of mind, and someone you can trust, look no further. The home loan process can be a complicated process but these guys definitely make it easy!

Let me begin by saying that our resent experience with Charter Pacific Lending concerning our mortgage requirements were met with an ethical professionalism that I have never experienced in a mortgage company before. Our mortgage was an especially complicated type and the owner, Babak Moghaddam, and his associate, John Lund, could not have been more helpful. They were with us every step of the way and were happy to answer all our questions as well as educate us during the more complicated details. Their work with the lender was able to procure for us an excellent rate and everything went like clockwork. You would be a fool to not give Charter Pacific Lending an opportunity to assist you with your Mortgage needs.

It is our second time working with Babak and his team. They truly are the BEST with your residential finance needs. We stumbled upon a few other lenders before finding Babak, and he was the first person to really be interested in finding our best options. Hes very caring and prompt with his work. We are at peace knowing we have someone like Charter Pacific on our team for any future finance projects.

I worked with Babak and his team for both re-finance as well as new loan/ purchase.I love how easy Babak and his team make the process; not to mention the great rates they can get you. I do have what most people would consider a crazy schedule which makes talking on the phone or gong into an office for personal manners very difficult.. Babak and the team really worked around my schedule and were always responsive via email. For my refi, the team met me at a starbucks at 5:00 AM prior to a flight and she was very well prepared and ready to go!!! Several times I needed a last minute pre-approval letter with specific verbiage in it and each time Babak would help out even if on vacation/out of the office.. Most recently I had a very aggressive timeline which Babak and his team were able to meet and Im sure it took a lot of effort on their end to make it happen.. This was a timeline that BoA and WellsFargo both fell short of meeting.. I will certainly continue going back to Charter Pacific .. So Ive raved about how great Babak and his team are and Ive only met one person from the team once ... Everything else was done online ( A major factor in the 5 stars:) ) Highly recommend Charter Pacific Lending Corp as I have been since I first worked with Babak back few years ago..

We have used Charter Pacific twice now and cant emphasize how easy and secure working with them has been both times. It was a no brainer the second time around that wed go with Babak & his team - they answered my many detailed questions and were more than professional ... they made the process a human one which was invaluable to me. I didnt feel like another number/account but rather that the entire team had my back and kept me well informed the entire process. Having worked with them once before I knew if any hiccup came up Babak or Sarah would personally reach out and as a busy person who doesnt have time for non-sense ... I honestly got to the place where I trusted their judgement more than my own. They really are committed to being the best and their honesty has won my business over & over again. Babak and his team are extremely professional yet very relatable. They took the time to guide me through this complex process one step at a time, making the largest transaction of my life enjoyable. While in escrow, Babak and his team worked with a sense of urgency which allowed me to close escrow in less than 30 days! I worked with Babak and Sarah from Charter Pacific Lending for my first home purchase. I highly and absolutely recommend them as your trusted mortgage broker, and will be using them for any future purchases or refinances. These individuals made the daunting process of escrow so much easier guiding you on each and every step, offering advice and recommendations as you need it. Babak is honest and a straight shooter. He s able to produce extremely competitive rates, and with his relationship with the lenders, he was able to close a week early even with an HOA involved. The team is meticulous, attentive, communicative, and just so on top of everything. Exactly what you want in a broker. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing Babak and his team are!

I am new to the housing market and besides the million questions I was not looking forward to the whole experience. I can tell you in all honesty that the Babak and Sarah and Charter Pacific made the whole experience so easy for me as a newbie. All the way back from our first phone call and his advise to get pre-approved prior to starting to look for a house made a world of a difference.
