This company called and called so many times insisting that they could give us better deals than our bank on loans and on interest rates. We had a few loans that were a little bit high on interest rates, and we were looking to consolidate with another loan with lower interest rate. What this company purposely fails to disclose and be extremely honest about and, I will show you one of their emails, is that they make you believe that they re interest rate is an APR, meaning yearly interest, when, in reality, every loan they offer the interest rates varies on how often is charge. For example, some loans have a daily interest rate, and other loans have a weekly interest rates which ends up being a huge interest rate at the end of the year. It makes no sense to tell customers Interest is going to be 1%, but fail to let them know that it s DAILY! And on a different loan say it s 2% BUT INTEREST being weekly?! That makes it 104% Yearly!! Its the most disgraceful unethical way of doing business, considering the fact that this is supposed to be a bank or to the very least a company that deals with peoples banks, accounts, and money, and savings and life!!! They made us pay over $3000 in interest without us being aware of this in just 4 months!!! and it s money that we do not have, and it has put a huge burden in our economy to the verge of bankruptcy. if I would ve been well advised on the details of this offer, and how much we were actually going to end up paying in interest every month (at least), I would ve never accepted such loan. These are shady companies taking advantage of mom and Pop s small businesses, and they should not be in business. They can literally put a whole family on the street and they do not care!! This company loves violating the do not call list and dispute me verbally asking them to stop calling, it never starts. Frankly, if you file for ERC through this company, expect them to take a sizable piece of the pie. Oh and make sure you have an excellent CPA to represent you when you get audited buy the IRS for using creative reasons for qualifying!

This Kate person kept leaving voicemails; fortunately for me, my advisor at Direct Funding Now clarified that it was not them. I speak Spanish, and I was confused by the voicemail because it said Direct Funding . I am happy that Direct Funding Now treats me nicely. I ve never felt the need to leave a negative review of a business until I had the displeasure of interacting with this company. First, they called numerous times (totally unsolicited on my part). Finally, I agreed to have them send me an application. I looked at it and decided not to pursue it. Then I got a call from Daniel Frederick, one of their loan officers, who rudely told me I was wasting THEIR time! Give me a break! I m glad I didn t try to move forward with them if this is the type of person they have working for them. As a business owner, I talk to many people who don t always use our services. I am NEVER rude with them as someday they may actually turn into a customer. Avoid this company. There are many other brokers out there that will treat you better than this bunch.

Middle man company (broker), calls me from out of the country call center. Unprofessional bait and switch tactics. Shops my information to numerous companies (partner programs). Attempted to beat me up over information I was transparent about on the first call. They initially said it would qualify me for a credit line or term loan but of course they hit me with challenges and tried to sell me on a 52% Cash advance. Avoid the clown show, huge waste of time. Go directly to the source!

When I called them back they told me that I requested a call back ( I didnt ) and I told them to stop calling. Just talking......Zack Spradling let me send all my documents wait so long and when i called him ( 2 days) he didnt even had the email opened once. And he said to me that i was not approved based on the fact that my gross incomw was not enough on a credit line loan of $5000 and my gross income are $ 15.000 pwr month obo, he didnt even checked......what a waste of the time

No, No, No. And why isnt Direct Funding Now, a member of BBB? Go elsewhere. These people have only been in buiness since 2015 under this name. You can find actual professional people to do business with then here. Not once was there a phone conversation..except only in thier own minds.

Wow, what a great experience for us.......we were using a competitors funding with a 30% pay back off what was billed thru their system....it killed our cash flow. So, when Direct Funding reached out....it was a welcome change on how professional and reasonable their programs are. Took a few days from start to finish. We got our funding......at a repayment level that works for us. Win-Win. Last, processing a loan is stressful under good circumstances with all the personal information required, I will say Amar was outstanding is help us navigate this maze. Thank you. Victor was on point, at time he came across frustrated but overall he did his job as promised. Now Janice! Wow she is definitely on point, extremely professional and definitely helpful! I dealt with companies who promise and even after supposedly final approval turn around and dont fund the companies as promised. Janice made it happen while looking out for our best interest as well as her companys. I am looking forward to a long term relationship. I highly recommend Direct Funding Now.

****scam alert****** please do not use this company, theyre a fraud!! Lets start from the beginning- I got called by a guy by the name Victor Smith from this company. He told me how the program worked (short term loans) and I told him we were not interested in that (my business partner and I) that we wanted to get a long term loan to expand the store and buy me out, based off of the stores assets. He said they could do it but some of it is based off credit, so we had him run his credit and Victor said my business partner score was too low and what they would like to do is, set us up on a short term loan with a high pay back based off of our deposits. I told him there no reason for us todo that cause we didnt need a small loan but need a larger loan to buy me out and expand (around 100k) and if we cant do that, dont worry about it. Victor tells us we cant get that one at the time but what we can do is, get a smaller one (15k) with a payback of 3 months and its just to establish a relationship with the bank and once they see good payment history, they will lend us the larger amount. And he goes on to say, we dont even have to wait the full 3 months, if the history is good after two months we can just get it refinanced at that point. I told him I would get back with him n a few days after we did our due diligence. We did-looked up the company, looked at reviews, looked on bbb and nothing came back/alarmed us, so we went with it. So after two months go by, I call to Victor and said hey weve made good all payments on time and we would like to refinance and get the bigger loan at this time. He said perfect Ill have underwriting call u, after a few days go by and nothing from underwriting, I decide to call him back And he says what.... they havent called u, let me get on this right now. A few more days go by again and thats when I knew...... we got duped... it went from him calling us every day to get the smaller loan, and not calling back about the bigger one. See the problem?? If I was on commission I would definitely call back and make sure this big long its taken care of... unless I know for a fact it wont. So, just to make sure we got duped/taken advantage of, I called one last time a a week later, and he says man I cant believe under writing hasnt called u back by now so then I test him and say no big deal, I understand people get busy, how about u give me the number to underwriting and I call he says no this is my deal, and let me take care of it. I tell my Business partner about it and he gets very upset and says let me call him, and when he does, Victor acted like someone else...... oh his on cell phone. Wow!! That took the cake. So I call the company to make a complaint or just to see if I could get somewhere else with someone (I already knew I couldnt but had to try) and speak to a lady by the name of Janice Cobb and tried to explain to her the situation, and she tells me exactly what we thought, that it is based off credit and they could do another short-term loan but not the long-term loan that Victor told us that we would get once were done with the short-term. I go on to tell her, thats not what Victor told us because the only reason why we did the short term was just to get the long term loan in the future, so just waste of time. And lastly, we called a supervisor at. Yellowstone Financial (place that did the short term loan) to ask them if the did/or agreed to do a long term loan after we got done with this short term super high interest loan, and that said no we dont do long term loans and we will call and speak to his supervisor to see whats going on and we never hear from them as well. At the end of the day, we got a loan for 15k with a payback of $21k and had to pay closing cost of $1300, so we basically loss $7700 on a 15k loan over a 3 month period. Talk about a shark loan at its finest. And, they take out $243 a day until the loan is paid back.
