I was sent a pre a p proval for a loan so when I called them and they know Im on disable for some reason my money doesnt spend like everyone elses. Sounds like discrimination to me. Joke of a company, send offers for low interest personal loans. I have excellent credit and almost no debt yet they try to quote me some crazy 14% interest rate on a 24 month loan. Pushy sales reps, my advice is stay away from this company at all costs. Very predatory. No way these guys are 4.5 stars.

Looked into it to see about consolidation to get a one payment plan out of all my debts but they denied me for the very purpose of the their being in existence. So if you have no bills no loans perfect credit you can get a consolidation loan for the nothing you have but if you have stuff to consolidate to get on the Simple plan then you are out of luck.

Received notice in mail from Simple Path Financial. They run a soft pull on your credit, and tell you your not approved, but that you are approved for their in house Debt Consolidation Program. You will be urged to stop paying your creditors, while Simple Path negotiates a lower settlement amount with your creditors, they work out a deal with you, and you will pay Simple Path for their work. Simple Path Financial wont tell you that your credit will get futher destroyed because you followed their instructions to stop paying your creditors. You dont pay for 30, 60, 90, days etc., your accounts go further delinquent and delinquent eventually with the debt being charged off. You will not get approved for nothing and will find yourself in a worse situation than before you started. So if in the end your accounts go delinquent and your debt is going to be charged off and your credit completely destroyed, WHY bother enriching/paying Simple Path Financial?????? Trust me, dont do it, but rather do your research and find another way. Desperation causes people to make the wrong choices at times, and evil comes in all kinds of different disguises promoting hope. Do not deal with these people.

Rudest person ever! Called because got something in mail. Wanted to consolidate a few smaller bills a purchase a second vehicle. They ran my crest which came back 50 points lower than my last credit check. Turn down loan and wanted to go do consolidation plan. When I said Im good and not interested he became so rude an offensive like I had just insulted him.

I am not sure how this company rates 4.5. Their customer service is unreal. This representative named Joey, one word. RUDE. Very forceful with his condensing tone. And does not allow you to complete a sentence. He listen only to what he wants to say. No need to pursue, customer service is key. I can only image how their funding calculates.

I received a pre-approved LOAN offer from Credit Join. When they called back, it was actually Simple Path. They did a soft pull (supposedly, well see) of my credit and said I did not qualify for the 15k I wanted, but they could get rid of my full 80k debt in 53 months for only 1104 per month as long as I didnt use any credit in that time. Also I didnt need to close the accounts. Uh, yeah, because my creditors would do that for me because this is a debt program where the company offers creditors just some of the money to settle the account. I told the guy I am familiar with this tactic and it would ruin my credit. He said, Only a little and it would be back up to 750 in 6 months. I work in finance. That is not true. The dings would stay on my credit for years. On top of that, I have quite a bit of disposable income. I just wanted to consolidate some of my smaller bills. Suddenly, I was magically approved for my original ask of 15k, but he had to transfer me. Off I went to another guy who said I could get the funds from one of their partners. I asked if this was a deal where they took my info and sent it out to a bunch of companies and hoped someone gave the money. He said absolutely not. We dont do that. In the next breath, he said they send it out to 10 companies and see if any will loan the money. Then he sends me a disclosure doc about how I allow them to open an email account in my name to get these offers, and then, the best part, once I get the 15k, I owe Simple Path 10.9% as a finders fee. At that point I started trying to end the call and finally got away a few minutes after he told me the 1635.00 fee was a drop in the bucket.

I called to get a personal loan my credit is having some issues so we decided to do it on my wifes name only Im trying to ask them questions on rate and terms and so forth I get a call from another department still trying to move forward with me when I told him I didnt want to do anything with my credit and Im asking them questions based off my wifes credit they keep saying they need to talk to her I said I understand you need to talk to her but I need to know simple facts first it took 4 days to get the answers and when the gentleman called me he was being rude on the phone over talking me and again referring to my credit instead of talking about moving forward with my wife.. it wasnt until the end of the conversation of him being rude and threatening to close my file because Im asking questions on term that he finally told me theyre Max term is 60 months whos going to do a $50,000 loan on 60 month term thats ridiculous. Now I see why they didnt want to answer my questions they just want to send you to their other department run your credit and put you in their system

98% of the 5 star reviewers have their review for spf as their only review on this platform. There s a discernible pattern in the reviews, like for a period of time the reviews all start by praising a rep by first name that never appears again in any other review. How big is this company no rep has gotten mentioned more than once? For another chunk, the reviews praise an unnamed representative. You ll notice that the company s name is always title cases perfectly. This company should be flagged for review.

My experience with this organization has been less than satisfactory. I would not recommend anyone take the bait on this. First of all, you will be referred to a debt consolidation program. Its how they make $$. Then, best of all, they sell your information. I know this has to be a fact because the second I replied CANCEL the anonymous calls from call centers started coming. It has been over a week and I get them daily. They tried to contact me again to offer the same consolidation deal but I replied with the fact they sold my info. No reply on that. Again, it is every day. I dont answer the calls but later I will call them back and it is always a call center because I can hear others in the background.

Ive received several robo-dialer calls offering debt consolidation. If you jump through the automated hoops, it ends up with Simple Path financial (and frequently doesnt ever connect to a human). Im on the Do Not Call list, which leads me to believe Simple Path Financial might not be the most ethical or rule-following company out there. When I called them directly, the agent I spoke with was awesome. Hopefully his superiors help him out by eliminating the Robo-dialer.

Spammers/scam callers. Tying their line up talking to their dumb as a brick AI is funny though. It gets confused easily and its amusing to screw with while doing other things in the background. I like when it tells you its not an automation then cuts off like a machine when you talk. Classic!

I recently received a mailer from Simple Path advertising personal loans between a certain amount. Feeling that this could be a good opportunity to consolidate my credit card debt, I reached out to them. After initially being told that I was approved to proceed with the process, I later received a call stating that my credit card debt was too high for the loan, which left me perplexed as the consolidation of this debt was my primary reason for seeking the loan in the first place. However, they did mention that I was eligible for a debt reduction program. While this might be a beneficial service for some, I felt that the advertising tactics were misleading. The mailer led me to believe I was a good candidate for a personal loan, only to redirect me towards a different service altogether. I appreciate the effort to help consumers manage their debt, but I believe it would be in the company s and consumers best interests to be more transparent and forthright in their advertising and communication. It s essential to set clear expectations to ensure trust and maintain a positive customer relationship. The mailer was very misleading.

So...I was DENIED for my personal loan because I apparently dont have enough debt. I was very frustrated and overwhelmed because as hard as Im trying, my monthly costs just dont allow me to catch up and pay off my debt. I know my disappointment and aggravation was very apparent in our conversation, but Josh was patient, understanding, and extremely informative! He genuinely listened, and even though he really didnt have to, he gave me very sound and smart advise. No...he didnt give me the answer that I wanted to here, but he gave me the information that I NEEDED to hear and he did so in a very professional, courteous, and empathetic manner for which I am truly appreciative.

Do not get taken by this company! Non stop calling, texting and emails are annoying. I never signed up or requested any information from this company or any debt company. I know for a fact this company in not legit....gave me this song and dance how much debt I have, which is incorrect and they said I have a 630 credit score, when in fact it is 750. Said they could not give me any information over an email, because it is too complicated they have to tell me over the phone. Too complicated?! What is too complicated about numbers? Do not use and do not answer their phone calls, texts or emails...put them to spam!

I received a call from this company telling me that Ibwas approved for a loan and scheduled a phone call to go over the lian options. When i took the call there was no loan approval they were trying to get me to stop paying my creditors and start paying them. This was truly bait and switch. I received a letter in the mail from this company, thinking that it was a financial institution. This company is a waste of time. Third-party vendors trying to be financial advisors over the phone rather than to get you a loan. Whether you get approved or denied, they are not financial experts and should not give financial advice over the phone, regardless of the applicants financial situation. These people do not provide or have loans. They say they work with financial institutions that can get you a loan. Very unprofessional and insensitive over the phone as well. I wonder why they have 4.8 stars. First and last time, I invested time with these kinds of companies.

As a potential customer, when you check out reviews for a company and see several with female names and a picture of a man....and then someone claiming to be an 80 yr old woman with a profile picture of some guy in his 20s, makes you wonder whos really writing the reviews. Customer service representative Jacob L. called me after I signed up for the free quote. Asked for my information, said hell call me back within an hour and never did. Called him 4x today and he finally picked up. Said hell pull up my information and hangs up the phone a few seconds later. Called him back 3 more times after he hung up and it just kept going to his voice message. Definitely regret getting in touch with this company and their representatives knowing they have my information. They pick and choose who they want to help out. Dont waste your time on them.

I am currently a pending client. I spoke with a customer service representative who was very well spoken and knowledgeable about debt settlement and consolidation. My interest was peaked but I wanted to take the time and review and research more about this company. Google reviews and BBB reviews are my bestfriend. My hesitation is that I do not see any reviews about the actual debt settlement product. I have noticed a ton of reviews about customer service which was remarkable, however I need reviews and testimonials about the product actually working for people. I feel that five star ratings are geared more towards the customer service that has been received versus the effectiveness of the product. I will continue to dig for reviews that speak to the actual product before I make a decision to proceed.

Sorry I am finding some of these reviews tough to swallow. If the individual who contacted me is an example of the employees of this company I, I would steer clear. Joshua S. contacted me after I received a pre-qualified offer ibn the mail for a great loan rate. After obtaining some more information, he said he would check the information and get back , which he did. After trading information back and forth a few days, he came up with different numbers than we had talked about or were on my mailer. After a short while, I realized he was talking about a debt program and not a loan. When asked, his words remember you didnt qualify for a loan . I was never told that information for more than a week. This was all deceit and misinformation. I cant say whether this was company practices or his own. I would be aware of this company and note all details or record the conversations.

I received a mailer saying I had been prequalified for a loan for up to $29000.00! Its BS. In fact, I believe this company doesnt even loan for debt consolidation. They most likely only deal with debt settlement. That is a long process. Not to mention the representative I spoke with ended the call abruptly as he seemed perturbed that I declined the debt settlement plan. If my situation was that dire, Chapter 11 would be a more viable and quicker option; thankfully not necessary in my case. Public beware!

I decide not to use them and had them contact me a few times and was after I already heard from them saying I qualified for a few loans. I got a letter in the mail after the fact of not choosing to be with them saying I didnt make enough and that they denied me for the loans in which I actually denied them. So I better not see any credit report with it showing anything about me not making enough.

Rudest experience I ve had in a long time. Got a mailer, thought about it, did some number crunching, and consolidating some loans/Credit Cards made sense so I put in a loan application. I then get a message that underwriter has reviewed and to give them a call when avail. Spoke to someone and they told me Credit needed to be at X for a loan but I could pay a monthly payment over 4 years and I d be debt free .I clarified if there was any options for loans - I had an idea of what I wanted to do and as long as it made sense I would go for it - this is where this person started laughing and cutting me off telling me my credit score was too low and it wouldn t be an option that I was stuck with this other product offering. I told him I wasn t interested and why and he continued to laugh and be rude - I said thanks for your time and ended the call. I ll be able to manage and get out of my situation - I have no problem budgeting however lower monthly payment made sense - so to be treated this way - was despicable and rude. Don t do business with this company - they re rude and were using phishing/fraud scheme tactics - stay away!

I applied based on a mailer for a debt consolidation loan. After completing the application online, I received a call back from Mary. After a conversation she looked into my situation and came back with options. She was very helpful and thorough with a plan to resolve my debt in a timely manner.
