I just wanna let y’all know I feel like if you have bad credit, good credit, or decent credit you should try them. My experience was a little rough but Nathan did NOT give up on me at ! We talked for days and hours to get me approved! He was patient, kept in contact with me and even help me find cars I liked !! I want to give a huge shout out to New Roads for making a way for those with not so good credit to have an opportunity to purchase a vehicle with no money down. I am so glad I found them because they are truly a lifesaver. I have to personally thank my agent Kelli McConaughey who literally worked with me in such a professional manner to get the vehicle I wanted and called the dealers on my behalf. She made this loan process so easy and this has been the best car buying experience I have ever gone through if it wasn't for her. All I had to do was submit some documents, get them approved, sign a few papers at the dealership and then pick up my car. I didn't even think all of this was possible but everything worked out great! I am so happy beyond words and I will definitely recommend New Roads to anyone who needs a vehicle with bad credit. I can honestly say I didn’t think it was possible for me to be able to get a vehicle in my own name. And to be able to get approved so quickly without any money down! My experience with New Roads and my agent Wunikka was so amazing and supportive. The process was smoothe and she was there every step of the way every time I called and trust me I called. She guided me in every vehicle I looked at and she was on point she made sure I got just what I wanted. I’m still in disbelief but when I walk out and see my Chevy Traverse reality sets in. I want to give a huge shout out my loan agent Elsie Gonzales! She made the loan process super simple and was there for me anytime I needed to call her for something. Whether I called her as soon as she clocked in or right before it was time for her to go home, she was very kind and sweet every call. My only gripe is that I applied on a Wednesday and didn’t get my final approval until Monday, so I did miss some good weekend car shopping but still worked out for me. Also, please hire East Coast agents for earlier times. Other than that, awesome experience if you are down on your luck and unable to get a car loan through normal means and NEVER finance at the stealership, I mean dealership 🥲

I struggled to get financed for a newer used car due to credit. New Car Auto Loans offered me a chance to help myself. Iaccept the higher interest knowing I will refinance in the future, and if I do not, as long as payments are made on time and add extra to pay towards the premium I will be in control of my credit. My Account Manager Edward Currier was fantastic. He explained the process from beginning to end and was transparent with everything. Thank you for giving me the chance.

This has been the best car-buying experience. Sherrie Dodds was my loan officer. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. From the beginning, she was very upfront and honest. I applied overnight and she called the next morning and went over the whole process with me. It seemed like it may have been a lot, but in fact, it was less than what I imagined. Throughout the 2 days of me getting approved and finding a truck she gave me soooo many tips and tricks to take with me into the dealership. I was very confident going in and had the ball in my court with my own financing. I was able to get the price down and go straight into financing. Once in financing I let them know how overpriced their products were and got that down $1500 more dollars. All I can say is hats off to Sherrie for educating and walking through this process with me.

Call Lisa at New Roads Auto Loans now!!!! As someone who s always hesitant to shop for cars, I want to say that Lisa Peterson made this process extremely pleasant. We were looking to get in a vehicle that wouldn t be hard on our pockets where the down payment was concerned and were ready to settle for anything just to get us back on the road after a total loss. I applied on a Monday evening and received a request for documents after missing a call. I uploaded everything they asked for and spoke with Lisa the next day telling me I was approved and I could start shopping. I was a bit hesitant and told her so her response was I understand but I m going to help you. You re approved for this amount. Just give me the vehicle details and I ll let you know if the funding dept/underwriter will approve. I already had vehicles on my list both wishes and just the basics. I was skeptical. I just knew she was going to tell me she was sorry but it wasn t approved in the end. So I started with a top wish and it was good to go! I was shocked! Lisa told me to call the dealership and start the process by getting a contact there. Lisa made a believer out of me!!! I did as told and even asked for a Buyers Order to reserve it from the website. It felt good to be able to call a dealer and tell them that I wanted the car I checked out and I have own funding! Our emails and calls turned to texts and laughs while counting down for funding to okay the check. Approved Zero down reasonable payments a car on my wish list Loaded Acura MDX!!! Lengthy review lol New Roads seems to be a great company to finance with if you have credit challenges or even if you don t! I found this company in a bankruptcy Facebook group. I recently filed Chapter 7 and initially I was not expecting or planning to purchase a new car at all! However my primary vehicle stalled out on me and forced me to look into finding another car. I googled New Roads and read the reviews dealing with BK and was pleasantly suprised at the positive insights. I decided to give it a try. The pre-approval was very fast. I did mine at like 8pm est, so i had to wait until the next morning for my amount during normal business hours. Which was not bad, I was assigned Ms. Sherrie Dodds as my loan agent. I have never financed a new car before because I have had the same car (12 years) that was gifted to me at 21 years old! So i had NO idea what i was doing. Ms. Sherrie was very personable and knowledgeable throughout out the whole process, especially when dealerships were trying to get over! All in all the process was very quick from pre-approval to funding. Mine took about 2 weeks due to me trying to find the perfect car for my pre-approval amount (i was very picky because The actual car i want was WAAAYYY out of my range!) Interest rate is high, but that is expected because of the BK so I am fine and beyond thankful. There is always the option to refinance when you are in a better credit situation! I decided to go with a car I was familiar with (Toyota) a great reliable car like my 2011 Camry that stalled out; I purchased a brand new 2023 Toyota Corolla Cross LE fresh from the manufacturer! I have me a cute mini mini suv lol and I love it so far! If you have credit challenges, please give New Roads a try!

They take forever to get back to you. I was approved for a very small amount and cant get any car that I want that has the features I want. Their requirements are a car that is less than 100,000 miles, no older than a 2009 and from an actual dealership...Almost impossible to find anything decent around my area with those requirements and how much my loan would be. They also take 10 percent of what you are approved for for fake nonsense title and registration fees. A lot of these reviews must be fake. Shame Im having my time and energy being wasted!

This is a great program for those who need it! The interest rate was awesome compared to others who charge 21-28%. They look out for you be great interest rates to help you get back on track! The process was a bit long, but there was also a holiday and the fact that the car I was purchasing was across the country. Overall Nathan made it a great experience. Pro tip: If you get a warranty, it needs to be under $3,400 for them.

They were great getting me setup with a lease buy out loan. Jenny helped me with all my questions and got us taken care of but once the lease buy out was funded and the paperwork was signed, they ignored my emails. I reached out to both Jenny and the original lease company and Jenny was able to get working on fixing the issue that caused the rejection.

MUST SEE NATHAN GOLD!! I am 48 years old and have purchased many vehicles in my time. This was by far the fastest and most importantly, easiest financing I have done. New Roads Auto Loans has great customer service and have made a perfect Road Map to take you through the process. Nathan took the time upfront to explain the process and then delivered on every point. The company tells you what they need from the start so you have time to gather it and then spend a short time submitting what is needed. Nathan was available at little to no notice for questions and even helped pick the right vehicle for my price comfort, NOT the maximum price I was approved for. Once I found my vehicle I was at the dealership for less than 2 hours and on my way with vehicle. I highly recommend this service and Nathan. My family will definitely use them again.

Terrible experience with this lender. Very poor communication from the loan agent I was assigned, did not respond to Email and rarely responded to calls. I went through the process of getting approved and finding an approved vehicle in my loan range, I had my agent check the vehicle and the auto dealership, and after getting the OK, went through the paperwork for that vehicle, only to have them inform me at the last minute that the auto dealership I was purchasing from needed to have their vehicles under warranty. Since the dealership did not provide vehicle warranties I am left having to shell out for that cost myself, another $150 to $200 a month I did not account for in my budget. Very high interest rates.

I want to give a huge shout out my loan agent Elsie Gonzales! She made the loan process super simple and was there for me anytime I needed to call her for something. Whether I called her as soon as she clocked in or right before it was time for her to go home, she was very kind and sweet every call. My only gripe is that I applied on a Wednesday and didn t get my final approval until Monday, so I did miss some good weekend car shopping but still worked out for me. Also, please hire East Coast agents for earlier times. Other than that, awesome experience if you are down on your luck and unable to get a car loan through normal means and NEVER finance at the stealership, I mean dealership

Elsie and Nathan were great to work with. Only issue I had that made the experience difficult was my loan got passed to another rep without warning when Elsie was out of the office. The second rep and I got off on the wrong foot and it went downhill from there; I was partly to blame for it as well. But Nathan stepped in and got everything calmed down and finalized. I would recommend the team at New Roads Auto. They really did have my best interest in mind and everyone involved was very helpful in securing a vehicle.

I honestly had a great experience! Wunikka consistently kept in touch, and stayed on top of all the paperwork! Im very happy with my car purchase. I have had bought 3 cars at major dealerships and have had to deal with the pushy salesmen that are for their own profit and will rush you through the process and leave you confused but not Lisa .she was real about expectations explained the process but also advocates for what her clients want and finds a happy medium. I was able to be approved for a decent amount with $0 down with not very ideal credit. She was patient and provided guidance when needed which helped ease my anxiety filled brain. She is a class act and very good at her job very professional if you re in the market for a car ask for Lisa P. Highly recommended new roads for people in a tough situation looking to get a car. As someone with an open chapter 7 and far from perfect credit I was getting practically laughed out of finance offices or being expected to come up with a sizable down payment to get back on the road. New roads came through got me approved and got me financing that was fair for someone with my credit history. My loan agent Nathan G. Was fantastic through the entire experience very easy to get ahold of very knowledgeable and helpful when it came time to pick out the vehicle. He even made sure I was treated fairly at the dealership and not being taken advantage of. Highly recommend both Nathan and new roads for someone who is struggling to find a vehicle with poor credit they will get you on the road in no time.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Elsie G. was AMAZING! I did an application and within 2 days, the ball was rolling with verifying documents and me being approved. They understood that I was struggling with being able to purchase a car before them and my situation with being a single mom of 2 kids and did their best to move as fast as possible. Everyone was so nice. I called and emailed Elsie so many times and she responded to every single one, always with a great attitude, ready to do all she could to help. I became discouraged during the car buying process because it was taking a while to find something within terms, but Elsie helped and encouraged and fought to get me in something I wanted to be in, and worked with a tough situation of mine. Thank You New Roads for helping me get into a vehicle while in a challenging and tough situation when I didnt think I could get anything anytime soon! 9/10 ( My only complaint would be the approval amount was okay, but the terms outlined within the approval made it difficult for me to easily find the car I wanted/needed.) But I would recommend! Give them a try!

I worked with Ed Currier and he helped me through the process and kept the dealership on their toes. You will probably have to be somewhat of a middle man to work with New Roads but the process was pretty painless. I will warn you Ed will be very picky but I get it he deals with a lot of scammers Have your paper work in order. Submit decent documents. Dont be a slouch and try to pull one over on them because they check every detail Just keep your car salesman in the loop and follow up. They will have to MAIL the check, so dont expect a one day thing. The loan processor will also want to talk to the salesperson via speaker phone probably the day of. The only thing I didnt like was the APR was not disclosed too easily and it seemed a mystery for some reason also you WILL get a lot of email spam from them.

Was pre approved online for way more than I was asking for and the girl that called was extremely pushy with her demands of my info or so it felt. Then asked me 3 times in a row the same question and at that point I was no longer interested. She got a attitude made and nasty remark and disconnected! I wish I could give this company negative stars. first they ran my credit without actual consent. second they did approve my request but the stipulations were completely unrealistic. third out of the entire 10 people I spoke to only 1 was actually helpful. fourth in this particular market even good deals were being denied and once I had actually had the best price possible for a vehicle without the dealership basically pay me to take it off their hands it was still denied and they wanted them to take it off another $1500 below the actual market value and also completely changed my rates and payments. All in all this company is completely unresponsive and unrealistic and does not deserve to offer any services to anyone due to their unrealistic demands. Im sorry but if you approve someone for a loan you should allow them to use the loan for what you have approved for and not make the customer jump through hoops and waste their time. Im not sure if it is because they are based in California that makes them ineligible to actually conduct business but this is only adding to the fact that I do not want to visit or have anything to do with the state because these people are clearly delusional.

I ve always had pretty good credit until these past couple of years. So many unforeseen events and bills, and then I totaled out my car. I felt like it was going to be impossible to get a good car again, but then I found this company. I was thankful to find New Roads. The entire process was smooth and quick. I was able to find a car that I really liked without a co-signer or money down. My loan agent was Kelli, and she made herself available whenever I needed help or questions answered during the process. I highly recommend this company to anyone who feels like getting a new car is impossible.

Overall the company provides credit to people with lower credit scores always a kudos for that. The first part of the process was great. Ed was my loan agent and he was amazing to work with. He was great to talk to, answered my questions, and overall handled like 90% of communication with the dealership. Truly a advocate to his clients. Total time in a the dealership less than 2 hours which personal 5 stars for. The process was confusing, the dealership was confused somewhat but overall everything was figured out. Second: Expectations were set way to high and way under delivered in my experience. I am writing this review and still unable to pick up my car 11 days since I spent the 2 hours in the dealership. They sold me a 3 to 4 day process before funding would be released for the car. Great.... that was a joke! I have now carried car insurance on the car for 10 days i am not driving for them to relase the funds. I bunch of oh the state of missouri stuff. I felt like this was the major reason for the delays or atleast sold to me as. No matter, now that i sit here and was asked to write a review for the company....I dont have a car....but i sure got this review form. Hopefully the check gets there tomorrow, but not holding my breath. The potential for a great experience was there. Truly. However if you need a car asap, dont choose them. If you go in with the expectation of this review, you will have a better experience.

This is a 100% legit lender and not a 3rd party referral company that you find online. They work directly with you to approve and fund your loan for the purchase of a vehicle. Jenny Barandas is absolutely amazing to work with. She was so responsive and willing to request a higher loan amount (my request) with her management team to get me into the car I wanted. This was my 2nd finance contract with them and both times I experienced the same service. The interest rates are very high but that is a given when you have an active BK on file. Its so nice that there is a company out there that will actually approve you no matter your BK status.

Jenny was amazing with getting me into a new vehicle. Interest rates arent the best but theyll get you in and its up to you to refinance for a good rate. Love my new Mercedes! They cut they check literally within days! New ride no hassle thanks Jenny!

We had a great experience working with Javier and the business office securing our loan, then helping us through the selection and purchase of our car through the dealership. We found the car we really wanted, which was certified with low mileage, at a reasonable percentage rate. My husband and I were treated with courtesy, respect and kindness through the entire process, which was a welcome relief because our credit rating is low, due to personal circumstances. My husband works very hard and he really appreciated to be treated respectfully by this ethical young man and his team, who even gave us several unexpected breaks throughout the process.

I worked with Jenny B and she was super friendly and very quick at responding to all questions! They were able to get me financing out of state with bad credit. Id definitely recommend them to anyone! It did take me about 2 weeks before I could get my car but that was also due to the dealership I was working with slowing things down.

This auto loan company operates Mon-Friday, standard business hours. If you are a workaholic as I am, this company will not be able to work with you. They continuously call during working hours. I cannot pay for a car note if I don t have a job, answering the phone while I am on the clock is just not realistic. I only have time to look for cars on the weekends; by the time Saturday comes, any car I ve had my eye on has already been sold. When I call in on saturdays, the loan officers are unavailable to help. This loan company has not been helpful to me. Receptionist Debina was unable to offer assistance or a reasonable time, solution that would work for my schedule. YOU WILL BR LIMITED TO THEIR AVAILABILITY. by the time you get in touch with someone, the car you are looking out for was likely already sold.

My experience with this company was amazing. If you decide to go with this company please be very patient. After submitting my documents I had to keep checking for updates via phone because their automated email system was sending me the wrong information however once the process actually started and I was assigned a loan officer it was smooth sailing. My loan officer was Javier Ceja and he was awesome! Javier was very transparent with me about my loan agreement. He stayed in contact with me through the entire process and was very helpful. The whole process took about two weeks from the application to getting my car and signing my loan agreement. Again if you re patient it ll be worth it. They advertise no down payment and that s true but i went slightly out of budget and was required to put money down, which was ok with me if it meant getting my dream car.. I will be referring my family and friends to them.

It s super easy , The hardest part about the whole process is waiting the 24 hours your approval. The customer service is phenomenal. I worked with Nathan Gold who was way more patient with me then I honestly deserved. They kept in clear communication with the dealership of my choice. The car I decided on is the newest car I ve ever owned with the lowest percentage rate ive ever had and my monthly payment is the lowest I ve ever gotten. **Thank you!!! NEW ROADS AUTO LOANS!!!*** You all are amazing! This is My second time ever writing a review but the service I received with new roads auto loans is the best Ive every received while buying a car.

Nathan Gold was super helpful into getting me into the car I wanted. He helped me put my deal together and get me funding when everywhere else said no. The process does take some time to put together but part of that was on me being very busy during the process and so for that reason I dont knock them. If you are struggling getting approved give new roads and Nathan a call. Heck tell them I sent you and ask for Nathan.

New roads auto loan is a very helpful establishment that works with you on your time. Kelli is most amazing woman I have ever worked with. Definitely recommend Kelli and New roads auto loans to everyone that is looking to buy a car. I wish I could give you guys 10 stars for the awesome business I have experienced. My car got flooded during hurricane Ian. I was nervous looking for a new vehicle because my credit is not the best. This finance company was recommended to me by the dealership. They were able to approve me with no money down! Nathan my loan agent was so nice And worked with me to get As much as I could done online because I was in a different state than the dealership. They help me get into my dream car

I m so thankful to have had a rep like Javier to go through this process with. He was so kind, helpful, & I got the car I wanted!! I recommend anyone that s looking to get pre approved to speak with him & he ll make you feel more than accepted. As for Lori, who unfortunately I had to go through while Javier was out of office, was a complete nightmare *literally*. She literally almost ruined the car sale for me because she told the rep that she had somewhere to be & she would hang up in his face if he didn t do what she said. He thought I was scamming him because of how bad her customer service was.She had me stressed beyond measures, I couldn t even sleep that night, she was BEYOND rude to me, she lied to me, and insulted me!! (nobody should be treated the way she treated us). I couldn t wait to get Javier back on my deal & have a peace of mind & that s exactly what he did. Sealed the deal because of him, because if it was left up to Lori, there was no way I was signing that deal. Thank you Javi!

Stephanie and her team are EXCEPTIONAL ! I was in a rental for almost 2 months trying to figure out how to get a vehicle. Like many, my credit is struggling with my will to rebuild. I applied, got paired with Stephanie and she stood by my side through the entire process.
