I took my MacBook Pro in for a replacement hard drive. He installed a new SSD and it's faster than new! A super quick turn around time, very fair pricing, and great communication, made for a wonderful experience. 2 weeks later, I bought a new battery for it. He installed it faster than quoted, and even replaced missing screws in the case at no charge! He and his wife treated me like I was their only customer, and made me feel like I was dealing with friends instead of a big business. Highly recommended! 👍💯✨

My 5th gen iPad Air charge port was damaged after a relative attempted to plug in a lightning cable to charge. My Apple Store visit coincided on the weekend right after the iPhone 16 announcement and as a result, the wait for a walk in appointment at the Genius Bar was 2.5 hours.

As a result, I searched for repair shops close to me and found this location has pretty positive reviews on Google and Yelp, so I called ahead and decided to drop it off.

I dropped it off Sunday and the worker said it would be ready by Tuesday. One Tuesday, I called and they said it will be ready Friday. On Friday, I inquired and they asked me what is the password to my iPad. I thought it was strange that they would ask for my password when replacing a charge port.

About an hour later, they asked me to call them back and they said that there was an issue where the charge port works, but now the display no longer works. I mentioned that the display was working fine prior to drop off and just the charge port was not working. They stated that they will continue to look into it.

I checked find my app and it shows device was powered on the previous day and reached out the next day to check for an update. Response was very rude “Keep sending me asking for updates will not make the work faster”.

About a week later I called asking for an update and they said they are still working on it. Find my app still shows that device was not powered on for a weeks. About a week later, they call back claiming they sent their best guy to work on it and he wasn’t able to fix it so “Apple can’t fix it”.

I picked it up later that day and they apologized and did not charge me. I came in with a broken port and left with a broken display. I’m glad others had a good experience, but I would 100% not recommend this place. I should have just scheduled a follow up at the Genius Bar.

Went to replace 2 screens with them aiming to replace the back as well and spend more money with them.

I just had to pay for a 3rd screen which jut stopped working on me and not one of the screens where properly installed. Wasted $400 here

Still had repairs to make to my phone to get my upgrade, but will definitely not come back here.

Nice Repair is the best! They offer fast, friendly service and their work is impeccable. They replaced the screen on my daughter’s phone while we waited and the whole thing took about 20 minutes. Their prices are also fair and reasonable. Given that we have two teenagers with cell phones, we will definitely use this business again!

The team here is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and works very quickly. I’ve had phone batteries replaced, Nintendo switch repaired, and screen protectors added with no air bubbles. Everything reasonably priced too! If you have any tech needs Nice Repair are your best choice!

Literally hard to believe they’re in business. I took my phone in cracked on the front and back. He told us it would take an hour and a half to fix, took about 3 hours. When he gave it back to us the front didn’t work and he kept telling us it did. Despite it not working he wanted us to pay full price ($360)for the screen that didn’t work and the back that was installed incorrectly. We spoke to the owner and said we didn’t mind paying if we could just get it repaired correctly. The owner yelled at us on the phone and told us we had to pay full price or they’d put the old parts back on (which they said wouldn’t work correctly again after taking them off). Such a joke of a business. Apple charges $500 but at least it would’ve been done correctly and we would’ve gotten a spare phone to use while waiting. Abdul is the owner. Horrible service.

Honest, professional and phenomenal service! My mother and I stopped in to have her phone diagnosed. Nice Repair was able to discern the problem within 5 minutes and instead of trying to up-sale us on an expensive repair (motherboard), they recommended that we warranty the phone with our provider. This is was top shelf customer service looks like. Thank you, Nice Repair!

Speedy service with a USB-C port replacement on my old Samsung. The USB-C port on my phone was damaged and the phone was displaying an error message, USB-C cable wouldnt seat properly and I wasnt able to charge the phone via cable. NiceRepair had the replacement parts in stock. I was able to call ahead, get a quote over the phone within minutes, drop the phone off, go for a walk at Central Park HB a few miles from here), and come back to pick up around 40-60 minutes later. $80+tax and now the charging port is like new again!

So my IPhone 12 Pro was having issues with the battery after my little brother had replaced a broken screen on it so l made an appointment to apple so they can tell me what was wrong with it. I made an appointment and took it in. They plugged it into the laptop and told me this phone will NEVER turn on. He then said you can trade it in as is and for $350 | will give you a new one. As i left the store thinking id need to come up with the money or buy a cheaper phone (considering we were low on money) I bumped into this little Place that fixes phones. I asked the guy working there if there was anything he can do for me. He opened up the phone and in minutes fixed it. After Apple told me that my phone was useless. I am so thankfull for this guy and im sorry i dont know your name but thank you so much for fixing my phone! There is still good people out there. He was really nice and im glad I bumped into them. You saved me a whole lot of money Thank you sooo much!

Fantastic job and quick turnaround. I brought in a gen 6 iPod touch that needed a new battery. Fortunately they actually had a battery in stock too for it. Needed to be soldered in, so wasnt a quicker job like a phone. But it was finished in less than 24 hrs. Imo, great service and friendly tech. Ill definitely be going back here for future repairs if needed. Ohh! And all my media and files were still on there afterwards. Saved me from having to transfer it all back.

I needed a crack repaired on my phone. So I went in on a Thursday afternoon, talked to the owner and we agreed that he would special order the part that I needed. I had told him I was planning on returning a few days later on Sunday to get it fixed. He took down my phone number and name and part that I needed. At the end of our transaction I asked if he wanted me to put down a deposit on the part, but he said no and assured me everything would be okay and that it wasnt necessary. I returned on Sunday like I said I would. He walked around the corner, recognized me, and instantly I could tell something was off by the look on his face. He realized he messed up. I had special ordered a part, told him Id be back on Sunday, and by the time I got there, my part that I had special ordered was given to another customer. He didnt even bother trying to hide it or to apologize. He told me he would order me another one and asked me to leave my phone over night and I could have it 30 hrs later. Im not sure about anyone else, but I wouldnt want to not have my phone for 30 hrs. I was told it would be a 40 min fix, then it turned into 30 hrs. It left such a bad taste in my mouth that I just went to another repair store. Im in customer service myself, and I would never do something this blatantly dumb. The very least he could have done is special order a second screen before I had arrived if he knew he gave away the one I had ordered. Instead he gave it away. Wasted my time, wasted his time, and his money ordering another one. Dont run a business like this. Apologize and fix your mistakes.

Always reasonable prices they do have accessories for iPhone and Samsung and if you have a different phone model ask them they can special order it for you I called and asked for a quote to fix my MacBook battery and the price I got looks normal to me compared to the quotes I got from the computer repair places around! This wonderful and highly skilled individual has pretty much brought my iPhone SE back to life, prior till coming in I dropped my phone on the ground while already being cracked this particular drop almost rendered my phone useless, with the screen barely alive I search up the nearest screen repair shop and give them a call, the gentleman on the phone was Courteous and informative and after asking him if he will be able to fix my phone he said he can swap out the damaged screen with a brand new one and it should only take approximately 25-30 minutes, I quickly Arrived to the shop and he got started on the screen swap almost immediately, about 15 minutes later he advised me that my phone is reedy and everything is good to go, I was amazed how my screen and fingerprint scanner was basically brand new, and all for a fair price. I m very thankful and happy with the way my device was serviced! The name of the worker who did such an incredible job was on the receipt Sysadmin not sure if that was the Name of the person who fixed my screen but I am truly grateful.

I went in to fix a cracked screen and charging port for the IPad. Was greed by Benwith great passions and love for his works. Got it back fairly quickly and reasonable pricing. Then I had a malfunction with the volume where no sound was coming out. Came back again and Ben did it for free. I offer some $ but he said NO. Talk about Integrity! He can also fix other electronics and definitely have my support! 5 stars for Me! Keep on forward and You can do better...

Has great deals on some new phones, ask about what make/models you are looking for & accessories. My phone is not very popular, so I called & texted him the a photo of model number to order my new matching screen ASAP. You can wait in the lobby while he does the replacement. Nice guy, clean store. Does have a wall of phone accessories for sale, and he can order you anything! Im sure Ill be back the next time I drop my Motorola.

Look no further! Ben is the best! Not only is his work QUALITY, but his repair cost can t be beat. He goes above and beyond, as if it was his device. I went to Best Buy , apple, other repair shops .overpriced with a 2-3 week waiting times! He also does a free diagnostic. I had one laptop water damage and an iPhone water damage. I picked up both devices within days. I use my laptop for work and was extremely stressed but he makes it no biggie and makes sure you re ok. He let me use a temp keyboard while he ordered the same color keyboard. No extra charge. Highly recommend. Your device will be way better than before the damage was done. Really laid back communicative professional man.

I just have to say this .if you want your IPhone repaired in a timely manner, the best customer service, and a super fair price look no further ladies and gentlemen, NiceRepair is the Best Spot in all of Huntington Beach to have your phone awesomely fixed with care and respect! I brought my IPhone XR in the morning and I needed the back of my iPhone fixed with all the cracks completely gone. Had my dads computer fixed at this awesome place it has several viruses and was not usable at all I dropped it off picked it up the next day he was able to fix this problem and saved all of his pictures and saved his files as well I had a problem loading the printer I called him up he was so very helpful this is a great place to go for all of your computer needs and he fixes all cell phones as well broken screens etc I purchased a screen protector from him and he cleans up my phone and installed it for me great customer service always has a smile when you walk in and very eager to help you out I highly recommend this place for all of your computer and cellular phone need you will not be disappointed in anyway and the prices are great and you will never get ripped off her I would have given 10 plus stars if there was a place open daily great location the waiting area is so inviting and clean if you ever have to wait for your job thanks so much for taking such great care of me and my dad you have our business always

My phone had a badly broken glass over the camera on the back. I called to see if they could replace it. The man I spoke with was friendly and very helpful. He said that they had the part in stock and it would only take about 20 or 30 minutes to fix. I headed over to the shop and was immediately greeted by the man I had spoken wth on the phone. He looked at my phone and said, Give me about 10 or 15 minutes and it should be ready. 10 minutes later, my phone was as good as new and the best part was that it only cost $30! I am very happy and will recommend this shop to everyone I know!

definately recommend Ben @ Nice Repair in HB. He worked for a week or so to attempt retrival of specific data from two old retired LG G3 phones. Needed new parts which he ordered. To get these phones to boot up took new parts and techie magic. We did finally get them both operational after years in a drawer. The data I sought was from a period after these phones were retired. I wantednto pay Ben $200 for his effort but be a guy a little to humble for his own good he would only let me pay him $53 for parts and probably 2 hours of labor over about 10 days. His store isnt all that charming but that is because he is not charging enough & maybe a designer could help decorate. Several other customers walked in while I was there. Bens a keeper. Honest with tech skills.

Wow. WOW. Really have no words about my experience with Ben other than you just found your official tech-repair guy and look no further. While everyone else blindly was going to charge me hundreds for a new Mac Keyboard for simply having three buttons changed, Ben was the only one who was confident we could just replace those keys and update at an absolute fraction of the price. This review is long overdue! I went to NiceRepair in February 2021 to get the glass in my iPhone repaired. Ben fixed it while I waited, which was about 40 minutes, that is amazing! It is so unusual to experience such great customer service as I received at NiceRepair. These guys really know what they are doing when comes to repairs, and business professionalism. I wish I would have gone to them first for my MacBook Pro repair. I would have saved hundreds of dollars if I had. I was told by another computer repair place that my laptop wasnt worth repairing. Ben from NiceRepair really knows his ways around phones. FYI, I fixed almost all the crack iPhone screens for my friends. When my iPhone 11 Pro Max no longer turns on I knew it must have a logic board issue that requires micro soldering and some knowledge of the internal schematics to fix, which is way more complicated than the type of DIY fixes I did. Apple store only offers paying 600 dollars to swap the phone for a refurbish one. However, I generally take really good care of my phone. Whatever issue it has must be minor and 600 dollars for a refurbish one just sounds crazy to me. I shipped the phone to Ben and within 2 days he was able to pin point the issue on the board and fixed the damaged component on the power supply component. The price was really reasonable as well: $130! I would highly recommend NiceRepair for those mission impossible type of repair!

Ben and his associates are AMAZING. I was having a nightmare of a week with my phone, was on the phone with Verizon, Samsung and a Square Trade for literally HOURS and they couldnt fix my phone and told me it was unfixable. I was so scared I lost so much data, but I came across Nice Repair on Yelp and Im so glad I did! I was promptly greeted and given an assessment of my phone and probable outcomes. Ben was actually able to retrieve my data within a few hours (I was told by Verizon and Samsung it wasnt even a possibility!!) and told me what was wrong with my phone. He was very patient with me and compassionate about my situation. I even pestered him with my concerns for 3 days while I was dealing with the warranty company and Verizon and he was kind enough to offer me advice in those aspects as well. Not only did they resurrect my data but gave me a more than fair price on the services they did. Additionally I appreciate that they treated me with respect and didnt try to bulldoze me with outrageous prices or unnecessary services like other places would. Ill be back for any tech issues not only because of the amazing and quick service but because I trust Ben and his associates to not only find me a solution but also for great customer service. Came in to get my s8+ a relatively old phone repaired, the phone completely shattered and they were able to fix it in one day. I did have one problem where after the repair the back glass plate was not sticking to the back, I gave them a call and they were able to fix it the next day free of charge. The staff are extremely knowledge, and you will not have to worry once you drop your device off.

This is a very decent place to get your devices repaired, I got my tablet fixed because it wasn t charging. The prices are reasonable and the service is very good. These guys are amazing!!!! Took my iPhone 11 Pro Max for a screen repair after my last repair popped off. They showed me how the last place screwed up my phone, step by step showed me what they did to repair it and gave me options on replacement parts. Fair and honest and truly nice. I even got a free glass screen protector and when they knew it was for my kid they gave me an upgrade on my case for free. Seriously people, many places rip you off (see my other review) but they actually cared and helped.

I like this place Friendly and quite helpful but most of all, honest and reasonable with their prices. I brought 2 IPads I had not used for almost three years and since they are the older model Ipad4, I did not want to invest too much other than a battery replacement. One of them was replaced with a new battery and the other one they did not recommend since the issue was with the motherboard. I will go back to this place for my future repair needs and will recommend them to family and friends. Thank you Ben!

I asked for a quote to repair an external hard drive that would not spin up. Ben from NiceRepair responded in 10 minutes. After a few messages to fill in the details, I took the drive to him for a free estimate. After a day, his quote came back for a controller replacement, which I accepted. From there, it took 10 days to get a replacement controller board and then a week to get the drive working again. I was very excited that he brought the drive back to life. . I had my Motorola G7 touch screen replaced two weeks earlier and thought it was a cell phone repair shop exclusively. I was so impressed with the Motorola repair and prompt service, I just casually inquired about my Pioneer 7.1 home theater receiver that had just stopped working. To my surprise he had me bring it in for a free diagnosis. I was called back right away as promised. George explained what was needed, with a very fair total .I agreed and had my receiver back two days later , working like brand new.I also received a free 90-day warranty on the work. To top off my red carpet treatment here , he offered to stop by my home and help me out with the proper wiring and set up if needed. My phone stopped accepting a charge, I assumed that it was probably the charging port. I took it in and first he cleaned it out to see if that was the problem, then went ahead and ran diagnostics to realize some wires needed to be soldered. Very honest, professional, and timely. Im sure there are other places out there who would have went the more expensive route and just told me that the port needed to be replaced, as opposed to th echeaper repair that was done to my phone. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing phone repairs!

Whether its an old Dell computer, or the newest Macbook Pro, Begench is seriously THE BEST mechanic there is. I mean, its one thing to fix a broken iPhone or a cracked screen....but B is more than just a technician and master of his craft. I recently had a problem with my phone and I called in for a repair. They told me to come in for free inspection of my device. Needless to say they completely described the issue that my phone had with its logic board and they offered me an excellent price to replace the parts needed. I definitely recommend them and I will be back in the future for all my device repairs!
