I came into their store today to perhaps look at a men’s ring that I considered last month. I had just bought a Rolex for my girlfriend’s birthday so I thought I should wait.

Evey helped me and she was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Not only did I decide on a ring twice what I had planned to invest but I also purchased a few items from the coin side of the store including a coin set from 2022 for my granddaughter. Evey helped me more than she should’ve with putting the coins in the frame but she said it was her pleasure. I highly recommend Fresno Coin Gallery for others to consider as well.

I really enjoyed the showroom, everyone was ready available to help me. I will never go to a regular jewelry store to shop. I also brought a friend and they are coming back as well to shop. I was not looking to buy anything until I saw some jewelry I could not live without. While I was waiting for the packages they also cleaned the jewelry I was wearing. And they said they also repair them as well. Yes this is my one stop shop from now on.🤗

Derrick was amazing at helping us Get chains for pendants we had custom made by your amazing jewelers. I have been a customer for as long as you have been open. My beautiful mom had several custom pieces made from your jewelers, she brought on heritage pieces and they transformed them into beautiful treasures. My mom passed in 2000 she was my best friend she have me her treasures and now I am sharing them with my 5 daughters. Your associate Debbie was the first to help me pick out special pendants for 5 diamonds, one for each daughter, they are so beautiful. Derrick helped me find the chains for them. He went out of his way to help us. We feel special when we come in. We wouldnt go anywhere else to purchase or transform treasures that will last a lifetime. Thankyou Derrick, Debbie and the jewelers for helping us bring to our daughters. We will be back. I want to make something special for my hubby of 45 years. I came in on a Saturday relatively busy with my about 3 year old son the staff that helped us were incredibly friendly and helped him look through coins very patiently and with excitement. I was expecting to met with annoyance with bringing a toddler into such a store but that was the last thing I felt. They even invited us back for his birthday in two weeks for a free grab bag. I have bought ALL of my silver and gold here...and now Im done. Employee to me: I need you to put a mask on while looking at the purses...no one within 6 ft of me, Im not sick and asymptomatic spread has been proven false. Apparently purses can contract covid through asymptomatic spread, which doesnt exist. Ill gladly take my $4k elsewhere. Their loss not mine. Just following orders is no excuse, history proves that.

I came into The Showroom to have my rings sized and necklace adjusted and was greeted by Cheryl. She was so nice and helped me in every way possible! As she was checking on the time and amount for me I couldnt help but to look at all the beautiful jewelry. Clarice asked me if Id like to look at anything and I said Id like some earrings. She was also so nice and very helpful. I picked out a beautiful pair of diamond earrings with her help. Cheryl and Clarice are two of the nicest people you could ever want to help you! Ive been coming here for 20+ years and never once have had a bad experience with anyone here. Steve the owner went out of his way many years ago to help me with a jewelry issue I had and was very nice! Anytime you need jewelry to purchase or have repaired this is the ONLY place to go! This was my first time going into The Coin Gallery and I had a great experience. Everyone was nice and very helpful, especially when I did not know what to expect. I went in to trade some old and new coins that Id saved for many years and some turned out to be valuable, which I sold to them. Overall, good customer service and a very clean and well organized showroom.

I went to get my necklace fixed it had broke i also got a charm fixed they added a hoop so i could were it with my necklace i also bought some really beautiful rosegold hoop earrings every one was really nice and helpful to me i would go back to them for any repairs and to buy there jewelry thank you so much for fixing my things

Great place to pick up some silver and gold. Connie and George are great to deal with, both very knowledgeable. All the staff are super friendly. Everything is laid out and clearly priced. They are always getting new stuff in so even if you just want to go and look there is always cool stuff to see. If youve never been you should definitely go and check it out. Ask for Connie or George.

Been visiting the Showroom at Fresno Coin Gallery for years, largely to work with their amazing jeweler James. He custom designed and crafted my wife and I s wedding rings. The rest of the staff is always very friendly and eager to make sure I was being taken care of each time I visit.

Wow!! Wife and I brought our three kiddos here (ages 9, 12, 13). Arianna was THE BEST. Our family of five will be back soon and often. Growing up working a small family business in a small town has basically wrecked my expectations for customer service. I am dreadfully disappointed with customer service everywhere I go. Arianna and the staff at Fresno Coin Gallery are more than a breathe of fresh air. Immediately upon entering, we were greeted with friendly smiles (behind face masks, of course). Despite showing up just before closing, they gladly stopped pulling inventory so we could look around. Arianna made us feel like we were welcome to stay as long as we liked as she helped educate us and instill some curiosity in our kids. We left roughly 10 minutes after closing (sorry!) with three very happy kids carrying new coin books and a handful of old coins. It looks like the whole family has a new hobby! I expect we ll be back after our next payday. And the next. And the next... Searching for old treasures with the kids is a nice break from the TVs, phones, and video games. I wish I could leave a better review for the kind people at Fresno Coin. My silly words don t do it justice. I am a HARD customer to please, and I have very high expectations. This place doesn t disappoint.

The Fresno coin gallery has always been a bucket list item to me as I have always bought bullion but I never actually bought it there despite it having bullion in stock! However, upon entering the store I was met by my good friend Mark who was happy to show me the most choice silver I could get my hands on for my ever growing investment. I can only say that Fresno Coin gallery has the best pricing over spot around that you can buy on the market whether its bars or rounds! As a side note, for bullion, cash is the standard. They dont take card on bullion but, cash is always better anyway! See you all again soon! Ill be back for more!

Honestly without Arianna I would probably stay home and use a credit card, (when its hot) but she always gos above, and beyond to make sure my shopping experience in your store is superb. Ive been buying jewelry from Fresno Coin Gallery for several years now, and the experience has always been great. Pleasant staff from the time I walk in...right up to as Im walking out and hear Have a good day. Its little things I appreciate the most. Ive dealt with behind the counter staff as well as with 2 of the jewelers and have received honest input along with polite criticism (which I ask for their opinions). I rely on their opinions when I purchase a ring. Its nice to go in and be greeted by first name and have someone say We got this in and I immediately thought of you...and then usually wind up buying that item. I appreciate the sincerity of Fresno Coin Gallery. They dont want to just SELL me a piece of jewelry so they can make $$$...They want me to buy a piece of jewelry that makes ME happy. Ive never felt pressured into buying any piece of jewelry. These are just a few of the reasons I will only shop at FSG.

Manuel was very helpful showing me the jewelry I was interested in looking at and explaining the cuts of the gemstones and quality of the item. I was there to have a ring repaired which he took to the jeweler to have him give me an estimate for repair. He even added details on the slip to the jeweler with out me even asking him to. I highly recommend asking for Manuel!! He was excellent and knowledgeable!!
