I don’t ever leave reviews but I had to after my experience here! I went to this location to seek assistance to set up my direct deposit. After getting that set up, Elizabeth also let me know that I was pre-approved for a list of things! One being something that I really needed. I ended up going through that process as well and Elizabeth had a great attitude and made me feel welcome. I will be coming to this branch for any future needs. Thank you, Elizabeth!

The front receptionist was really nice and welcoming but the teller I had was kind but I didn’t receive all my money , it wasn’t a good experience for me I will be going to my original location in ladera heights , never been swindled in a bank

The Teller Brian was so polite and helpful during my transaction. On the way out, Jay (who helped me on a prior visit) was so cheerful and nice. They are always so friendly here - great customer service again!

This review is about Mr.wallffan I never walked into an institution named bank or credit union and felt so unbelievably welcomed from the receptionist to all the associates they make you feel like you just walked into your house they're so kind and considerate funny just the overall warm feeling Mr Walton was a rare individual he shared his story with us so heartfelt looking forward to creating a long time relationship with school first I'm so happy that they accepted me into their home

Can’t believe it Terrible customer service, I came in today for auto loan and front desk lady wrote my name and account info on a piece of notepad I waited to be called and after 45 mins I checked in with front desk and they didn’t have my info on their system what a waste of time

Friendly and professional. So far I have been satisfied, except for their ATMs. On MANY occasions I have been unable to make a deposit on both ATMs. The machine says it processing and then says it cant be completed. I've had to wait until they open to go into the branch. I was told that they are aware of the problem, that it happens sometimes. But yet, it hasn't been resolved. I value the convenience of doing my banking on my own hours, this hasn't been very convenient. Please fix this!

Shady interaction with staff has left me feeling insecure with how my money is handled here. Recently I walked in to deposit a large amount of money and was told my total was short. This comes after the teller counted my money by hand and even had the machine verify my total, which ended up jamming in the process. A total of three staff members attempted to fix the jammed machine for a large amount of time, ripping out bills while doing so. After the machine was fixed the teller informed me that my total had changed from what it originally was and if there was anything else I needed. I asked him what was I supposed to do now that my total had changed from what it originally was and he replied that there was nothing more he could do. I m still flabbergasted and greatly saddened over this blatant robbery. My faith is SchoolsFirst has been shaken and I am unsure whether to continue doing business here.

I financed my auto loan with SchoolsFirst last year in April and got 7.79apr based on my credit. Since then, I have improved my credit, raised my utilization by over $15,000, kept my credit usage under 13%, paid all my bills on time, gotten a significant income increase, and monitored my credit go steadily up almost 70 points. Having my current credit score from 3 different sources, including my bank and credit card companies, I thought it would be a good idea to refinance. After they approved my application for refinance, they tell me that my credit score has only gone up 10 points since last year and they can only give me a 7.59apr. Which only saves me $20.00 over the entire length of the loan. I have no idea how or why this happened when I know for a fact that Ive been doing all I can to improve my credit score and utilization in all possible ways since last year with solid proof. Yet this is all they could give me . Such a shame

So annoyed, I came here to move money over to just save and never touch. I haven t used this account in years! I paid it off and left it at 25$. I m now told in order to open the account I had a balance of 37$? Which made no sense to me as I left the account with a positive balance. The employees did not really help and kept asking if I had record of the payments! I m like wait you don t see my account inquiry?? If you don t even see the proof of when I made those payments how can you say I didn t?? They were asking me to search they my own personal records. Which I attempted but service was too bad!!! Now that I see it, I was able to check my email! And bam proof! Am I going back probably not. Anyways going to just so cal credit union and sad that there service wasn t what I had expected :(

This bank is life saving. Glenn is the GE and he really cares so much about the members. I cant bank with anyone else, they really take care of you here and will help you get your finances back on track. Every staff member here just wants to help and they are so genuine and helpful. Amazing service! If you an bank here, dont miss the opportunity.

BEST BANK EVER ! This credit union and branch really help You with what here your needs are. Also they really care for any financial hardships you are going through , unlike other banks they kick you to the curb. But this is the best bank ever. Best customer service, unlike regular banks they care for peoples financial situations and work them out with you to make them stress free. The best example is NOT having to worry about a car payment in the summer when NO income us available.
