Short and sweet, I contacted them online to get someone to look at the car and IMMEDIATELY got a text saying the following:

Good morning my name is Steve with Burbank Cash For Cars. I got your online submission for your beetle.

Sounds exciting right?
Don’t get excited.
That was the only text I ever received.

I would suggest that this business make time to actually hold a conversation before sending out a text , I don’t appreciate random dudes reaching out, then never responding.

Sold my car to them, and months after I got a parking ticket violation. I Called them, and they did pay the parking ticket, but the car is still under my name, even though they are telling me otherwise… They didn’t go to DMV to do the transfer of liability.! So I advice people to go to the DMV with them directly when selling car so that why you are sure it was transfer. Don’t just trust people! They are disorganized and dishonest

My advice: Stop looking and choose these guys! They answer pretty quickly, they listen and are very upfront and true to their offer. They can even match better offers. They will not butter you up, lure you in and strategically change up on you last minute like other companies. I just wish I made them my first choice. I actually had to learn the hard way by being burned by other deals. I came back to them as a result and they still accommodated me with a fair deal. Just pick these straight up good guys! You can never go wrong! Believe me.

The assistance was so easy and understandable, I loved that I got a quote right away. He asked me for pictures of my car which is a 2015 nissan versa sv with 120,000 miles on it, the car wouldnt turn on, and I just didnt know how much it would cost to fix, and the time that it would take to get it fix, the engine pretty much was non responsive, and it was going to cost a fortune, So my friend told me about selling my car for cash, and I found burbank cash for cars, as soon as I called the process started and by the end I got $800 for the car, other places were offering a lower quote than that, and I was told that I was lucky if I were to get more. Well thank God I spoke to Steve because he was able to give me more than other companies that were close by. After speaking with another company (and having waited 30 minutes after that companys stated time to arrive only to call and find out that they would not be able to show up), the experience with Burbank Cash for Cars was straight forward and efficient. I called and was able to set up an appointment for next day pickup and was given a name and time slot by Steve (he was great!) During the call, I was given a tentative quote (pending vehicle inspection during the pick up). After the call Steve texted me to request a pickup address and was responsive to my texts to confirm date and time. On the morning of the pickup, I texted to confirm that the appointment time would still align with the time that someone would show up and was surprised to get a response back within a few minutes AND the driver showed up a minute or two before the designated time. From start to finish the pickup took around 20 minutes or so and Steve took care of filing the paperwork with the state of California, so once he drove away all I needed to do was remove the car from my insurance. Thanks Steve for making this process as simple and frustration free as possible. As a side note, I even texted Steve after the sale to ask a few more questions and he even called me back!

We had a broken bmw that we just wanted out of our life it was old and ugly and it was taking up space. I called a few places. I explained our situation and got offered a free tow to junk it.I called another company and the offered was the same.
