That's why I'm writing this review to praise both Bridgette and America, two skilled and compassionate agents for TitleMax, located on Grant and Alvernon. I was greeted warmly by Bridgette, and America offered me a refreshingly cold bottle of water, which I really did appreciate. They listened to what brought me to their store late in the afternoon. Bridgette began explaining my choices and options and took the time to answer all my questions, and addressed my concerns. America made sure I understood and helped me make an informed decision. They took the time I needed, finishing after closing time. Not once did either of them seem rushed or inconvenienced by my business. They were genuinely interested in helping me reach the right decision for my situation. In the end, they had completed my contract, took photos of my car, and advised me in a way that I know makes the best sense. When I left, although I didn't want to lean on my car to get me over a critical situation, I don't doubt the plan I have in place with TitleMax is designed with my interests at heart. I know Bridgette and America genuinely care and made me feel safe, well informed, and secured in my decision. If you are ever faced with having to do either a registration or title loan to ease any financial setback, please do yourself a favor and see these wonderful agents. Denise is very unprofessional and rude. Lacks simple customer service. When asked what the phone number was to the office in person, she replied He knows it instead of simply just giving the phone number out. We were not able to get our documents because its in the contract that its only available in the portal according to her. However the portal does not work on several different devices including a laptop. Anytime we click to view our documents it shows that they are unavailable. Denise was not helpful and said she can help set up the portal which isnt even the issue. Seems very sketchy to not be able to view our paperwork. Glad to have paid off the loan and be done with this place. Especially Denise.

We initially applied for a personal loan online and got approved, but we did not realize that by applying online, we would have to wait for the funds to hit our bank account for a couple days. So we immediately called this location and they were eager to help us! They stated if we came to the store, we could have the funds transferred to our account immediately. We got to the store 24min before closing time, and Jessica was amazing and helped us get approved and got the funds immediately! She was very professional and knowledgeable!!

Please avoid using this place for a loan at all costs! This is the primary example of a predatory loan. Doing business here is one of the biggest mistakes Ive made in my entire life! I received a 1k title loan and still owe 1k after making well over 3k in payments. And dont be fooled by the fake gift cards that never work that they will try to offer you for signing up. Also the repo company they use will rob you for everything you have in your car and leave behind a horrible smell. Please listen and find a better place for your loan. You have been warned!

Let me start this review by giving some back story if i may. My mother recently passed and I did not have the funds available to ensure that her wishes of a cremation and ceremonial urn would be able to be delivered. After considerable deliberation my brothers and I made the decision to use my personal vehicle as collateral to obtain the necessary funds. My dear friend Julian Schmedding, a prior customer, recommended that TitleMax would be the best option to utilize for the ability to obtain the funds i needed to provide the funds needed to pay the cost of my Moms cremation. Before i go any further I want to remind anyone reading this that any loan you take will lead to a massive payoff of said loan. Now, that being said I now want to tell anyone reading this review that TitleMax has an incredible representative by the name of Denise A. Duarte who will put her heart and soul into ensuring that you get the maximum amount of money that your vehicle can provide you. Denise goes above and beyond to ensure that you can maximize the value of your vehicle and give you the best rates possible. I called Denise to let her know i was coming by yesterday to hopefully finalize a loan...when i got there she was frantically cleaning up the store to make it palatable for me lol...i was at work earlier and was dirty clothes anyway but she wanted to make the best impression...Denise walked me through the process and made sure that i could receive the best loan possible. If I may be honest Denise has the finest customer service skills i have ever encountered. She is highly qualified to provide customer care as she has unrivaled experience as a flight attendant and has dealt with countless hostile situations within a high pressure environment. Denise went above and beyond to provide me the funds i needed to take care of my Moms arrangements and I cant thank her enough. Denise is a beautiful woman with a heart of caring. I loved this place. The customer service there is the best. The general manager there is so sweet and nice. Cant get any nicer then her. Works fast and is so helpful. The office manager Denise was very helpful and went out of her way to help me get the most for my loan. During one visit she was training a new employee. Although I dont remember the new employees name, she was kind and helpful as well, making sure to ask Denise for help whenever needed. By the time I was on my way out, even with an employee in training, I wasnt there any longer than needed to complete my loan from start to finish. Ive gotten loans on two separate occasions as well.

I give this place a 5 star, I would love to definitely give them more. I walked in without a title, and Denise told me it wouldnt be a problem! She was very happy to help me, I explained my situation and she told me no problem, she will help me any way possible. I recommend Denise when you are in a bind. She is helpful, and funny. I got more than expected and was able to get caught up on all my bills. Thank you title max, I will recommend you guys to all my friends!
