Mark is a great communicator, very professional, super knowledgeable and excellent at what he does. Mark outshined the other lender we were considering prior to committing to homeowners financial. The other lender stated it would take two weeks after the proposed closing date to get the loan process/paperwork done and release funds. I hope to send Brent more of my buyers. I have been a licensed RE agent and broker for 20 years and have worked with dozens of mortgage originators and Brent is at the top of my list now. This is my first transaction with him and it was my buyer who found him as a referral from a friend... Brent was timely, a very good communicator and kept all of us updated on a weekly basis. In the craziest housing market, Kevin Brumit is by definition a Rock Star! We learned very quickly that timing is everything. There is no waiting; If you find something you like you have go for it. We were pre-approved and able to submit an offer on our house HOURS after contacting Kevin... on a Sunday! He made an otherwise unnerving experience seamless. Buying a house is easily the largest investment you will make in your lifetime so it can be kind of scary. Kevin was able to answer all of our questions and explain things in a way that made it feel less intimidating. With all the moving pieces that go into buying a home, and all of the different people (both pleasant and unpleasant) it really helps to have a knowledgeable and dedicated person in your corner, for us this was Kevin. Our realtor has been in this business for decades and she mentioned on multiple occasions how impressed she was with how organized and on top of things Kevin @HFG was. If we had to do it all over again I wouldnt think twice about using Kevin @HFG. He may not be the only choice out there but I can say full heartedly that he is the BEST. I was reluctant to refinance my home I had heard too many bad stories and my own bad story when I purchased my home. Then a friend referred me to Mark White and I was very thankful for that. Being small business owners our file is complicated with multiple tax returns. We had been approved by a previous lender only to then be told we were not approved near the end due to an issue with one of our tax returns.
