I have use the Gale Team Nova Homeloans first to refinance my home in Oregon and then again to purchase a new home in Arizona. Larry took great care of me and everyone at the Gale Team that I worked with made the process very easy for me. They explained what they were doing and why so that I had a clear understanding, and things moved quickly and efficiently. Everything can be done online and we communicated via phone, email and text so that I was always up to date on all the moving parts. I enjoy the informational emails on the market changes from Greg that I continue to receive 3 years later and get updates on the value of my homes regularly. They occasionally send me gifts, like flavored popcorn, and I get invited to events the Gale Team hosts for the local community. We secured our first home loan with Greg and his team in 2012, and were lucky enough to work with them in 2019, when we purchased our second home. They must the process stress free, easy, and guided us at every turn. They even scrubbed our credit and told us exactly what we need to pay down to secure the lowest possible interest rate, it was truly incredible!

We ha the opportunity to work with Jessica Onuma. I can not give enough stars for this Lady ! Let me tell you this buying process what so stressful! as Im sure it always it. however, our situation was unique. We were doing a simultaneous close on the sale of my property, and the purchase of a new address. we thought we found THE ONE . Jessica got us approved with the quickness. Then another house came into play. Jessica was able to update the documents to the new address within days ,and we were on our way to new ownership! well LITERALLY 4 days before close, the seller of he new house decided to back out. and now we were basically homeless. no game plan, the house I own was as good as gone. that was a Friday, Saturday we went viewing houses with my Agent, had the offer submitted and accepted that night on a new property. And poor Jessica, well she was stuck drawing up new documentation, new everything for the new property. THIS WOMAN LITERALLY HAD US CLOSED, MOVED IN AND LIVING HAPPPILY WITHIN 2.5 WEEKS! if that doesnt tell you how dedicated Jessica, and my team were from the start, I dont know how else to explain! Jessica was amazing through this whole rollercoaster. with all the obstacles thrown at her she always figured it out. Jessica Onuma gave our family a home, have our ( adopted ) kids their first room to their self ! A place to grow up , and finally be just kids. she gave us stability, and most of all peace at mind. We gave her stress, probably headaches, and long hours. and in return she gave us fast responses, diligent work, 7 day a week availability, and so much more. will I use them again? I have had a couple of clients that have bought more then one home with me and using different lenders before I was referred to Jessica. You guys did and amazing job getting my closing done after our bank almost made us lose our escrow money due to changing our loan Officer many times. Our bank was not gonna be able to close on the date that was set for us. That s when we dropped them and went with Nova. That s when Nova really stepped in for us and got everything done in a weeks notice. They were all very helpful and on top of everything. Any questions we had they answer us very quickly. We appreciate everything they did for us.

Marisa was a complete professional from the start, i had never had the same type of experience from other lenders like i did with her and her top notch team of providing me an email of how our progress was going and what step we were on!! That was a super cool tool i was able to use to help determine where we always were in the entire process. Our close date was to be on Dec 9th, but she made it happen on Nov 24th, before thanksgiving!! great job Gale Team, and thank you again Marisa for getting us into our dream home!!!!
