Went into USA Pawn today and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Breezy, she is the most the most dedicated employee I have seen in a very long time, she went out of her way to make sure all my applications were working properly before I walked out the door and was able to give me a amazing deal. Honestly I’ve had some bad experiences here before (about a year ago) and that’s why I was hesitant to return to this store but because of Breezy I will definitely will be returning

Breezy is the first point of contact. I called before I decided to go to the store. SHE EXCEEDED my expectations instantly!!! She took the time out to research what I had wanted to pawn...which never ever have I had anyone do for me! So then....the next day, I went in to the store and I was greeted by Breezys big beautiful smile and she knew exactly who I was just walking in the door! I felt very welcome and had some good laughs! Usually I deal with the nice white lady. Beautiful and wonderful lady. But today I came in here and spoke with Vita and I was with my Navajo husband. Vita whispered in Spanish not knowing I'm not Navajo. I'm nahua (mexicana). I understand her bad attitude. Rolling eyes and treated us badly. Almost in tears I spoke to her in Spanish back and told her I understand her. She should NOT be working with people especially any indigenous people! She's awful. Thank you Vita, we will take our hard earned things somewhere else. I hope management sees this and understand that is NOT okay. People go here already feel down. This is usually their last resort. The last place they want to be and to be treated that way is a spit in the face to any hard working people.

If i could give her no starts I would Elvira aka the manager like she said wanted to give me $70 for my mens gucci shoes because they are in bad conditions when the shoes are clearly brand new. Not to mention she got offended when I asked for the manager I know that works there and helps out. Very rude to customer and to her elder employees.

Shady place bad customer service they too busy now to give a call now for a pawn slip that's about to go bad but hey when it's a big selling ticket item worth 550 used but you only needed a small loan of 150 I guess your too busy now this place is a scam and a joke never going here again and then there no way you can help me but you haven't even put it out to resale either your a joke I wish real mangers worked here

I have been coming to this pawn shop for 6 or 7 years now and today is the first time I had a bad experience with an employee. Her name is vita. She didnt even give me a chance or the light of day. Dont forget your backpack on the way out, because you wont ever see it, or its contents, again. My bf put his backpack down by the door on his way into the store and forgot to take it when he left. I called right away the next day and got told that no one has seen it or they moved it and placed it outside the store. They didnt care that its a customers or what important thing might be inside... couldnt keep it for just one night to see if it will be claimed. Thanks for making the experience at your store end as a bad one.

If I could, I would rate zero stars. Loaned out a few pieces of jewelry and when I went back, all four pieces were completely bent, almost about to break. Spoke to the store manager who was incredibly rude. All that was asked for a was simple formal note stating the shop had the jewelry but she refused with increasing attitude. Wouldn t wish this upon my worst enemy as the jewelry pieces are incredibly significant to me. Karma will do its deed. Don t recommend anyone participating in any kind of business here.

Waited for a rude af. old cashier she was on her phone while waited 3 minutes then I said Im ready then grunts to help me. If she didnt want to be at work. OMG. This happened a while ago but I never wrote the well deserved review maybe a year ago. Anyways I needed a little extra cash and I didn t want more then what I needed so I could pay it back easy. I pawned my handgun a $500 dollar pistol with a $140 Meprolight ft bullseye sight with a custom slide cut job $200 all I wanted was $100 which they gave me without question. I have a job as the majority reading this does so I only come in on certain days and times the first time was 2 weeks before the loan would close I came in at 5pm and was told it was too late to do a background check. I came in the following week at 3pm and was told the same thing. Now I m running out of time I took the day off work losing about $150 and came in around noon only to be told their internet was down and I couldn t do it then either and then I got stuck at work the next day the day the loan ended. I came in the following day a single day after my time ran out speaking to the same lady I had dealt with when the internet was down and she didnt remember that ever happening it s finished sold my $800 pistol for $100 dollars because of internet problems! What a shame

So yesterday 08/06/2022 I came to pick up my shoes that I had pawned for a loan they were two pairs of Nikes the Hispanic Lady who helped tried to steal a pair of my shoes because when I first walked in she didnt ask to see my ticket so instead she just asked for my I.D so I gave it to her then paid back the loan...Then she went in the back then came out with only ONE PAIR of shoes so I advised her! I pawned two pair now wheres the other pair then she responded sorry then went to the back came out with my other pair all of a sudden her attitude changed she said Your lucky I didnt charge you for a ticket! Then aggressively put my shoes on the counter then said Bye Bye with an attitude then she walked off with an attitude...Yall becareful taking your stuff here

Not one to post reviews but this was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had with an employee Desiree was irritated with me when I said I wanted to get my gun out of pawn was muttering to her self that today would be a gun day Yada Yada has no customer service most awkward hour and a half of my life everytime Desiree said one of her snappy comments her coworkers gave me a look of despiration Desiree if your reading this you shouldnt work with customers extremely unpleasant with no respect for the consumer or staff I am a manager myself with 10 employees and if any of them were to perform like that they would no longer be working for me kindness and respect is free

I have never done a review before but this experience was just terrible. Desiree is disrespectful and has attitude towards customers and her employees. I went in to get help and she right away gave me attitude. In the short time of me being in there the way she is to her employees is also disrespectful. Im sure I m not the only one who has had this experience with her. I even told her I would be doing a review. To me it s seems like her employees just follow what she says as she been there the longest . The way she manages the amount you get shouldn t be in her control.

I have only done business with this pawnshop one time before my most recent visit, which unfortunately will also be my last. I took an engine hoist to sale because I have been struggling financially and I was told by a female employee to come back tomorrow anytime from open to close 7pm and see the male manager name pronounced Bow (Sp?) And I was told they would BUY it. I held up my end and showed up at 6pm the next day with the expectation of selling my engine hoist and I spoke with Bow. He asked what I was looking to get for it and because I was desperate for money I said anything I could get due to the fact that my fuel light was on and I needed gas. I told him I was there the day before and that they told me they would purchase it but he had to be there to carry the item inside since it was quite large. So Bow and I walked out to my vehicle to look at it which I had already shown the other worker the day before and was told they would buy it after looking at it) and he told me that he was going to pass because he had trouble selling them in the past and he said some other stuff that I didnt even bother listening to because quite frankly, it was of no good use to me and was more of a waste of my time. So I DO NOT recommend this pawn shop and I give it the rating accordingly because I wasted gas I couldnt afford to waste on the notion they would purchase my engine hoist, which they did not. I will not ever go back to this pawn shop to sale them anything or to even purchase anything from them not even if they have a going out of business sale or any other discount for that matter. But this was my personal experience, hopefully it doesnt happen to anyone else, but I wouldnt bet on this pawn shop coming through...but thats just me. You might (and I hope you do) have a better experience. To make my experience worse, I ran out of gas after leaving the this place...

horrible experience. i went to get an item back and the cashier charged me wrong. then the supervisor came and fixed it but not really they ended up charging me twice and leaving me short on money i needed you ll get it back eventually ridiculous

Jobina at usa pawn was very patient and professional. She had my interest at heart as well. I felt very comfortable working with her. This store has very competitive prices compared to other pawn shops. I will definitely be coming back. They have a wide variety of items and are willing to negotiate.
