Selling broken products. I bought this a day before when I charge it at home, it wouldn't charge. I return it the next day i bought it. The teller said he couldn't accept the return because i didn't buy the extra charge of 15 day peace of mind. Who would charge you just to return a broken piece of equipment? I want to start off by saying a lot of the people that work here are nice. But a couple of the including the lady in charge is not right. I definitely feel victimized. I have been going to this place for years and the last time i was there they made me sell them my computer then I had to buy it back from them and they gave me 3 different prices on what it should be and surprise surprise it was the highest amount. Its called a pawn shop. Also I had some jewelry that I had pawned and they always tell you that you have 7 days after the date due. They sold it after the 2nd day. I will never go back there maybe a different super pawn or Mo Money pawn. But i am telling you people "Beware"

This dung heap of a wanna be pawn shop sucks it big time. They always undercut any offer. At best ten cents on the dollar is what this joker of a manager insults you with. Don't waste your time. The offers are horrible. Your better off going to MO MONEY PAWN SHOP THE BIGGEST IN PHOENIX AND THE BEST.

Putting one star because I HAVE TO. But I promise you it's not worth your visit. Nancy is the worst customer service ever. No respect, not kind, didn't even touched her computer to look up my stuff, poor girl doesn't even look like she wanted to work there. Please change staff because Nancy will leave you broke.

Really bad customer service, older lady was giving looks before even starting up a conversation about the items I wanted to sell. Gave nasty attitude when I was being polite, she walked away and let someone else deal with us, she comes back and asks what we were still doing there as if she expected us gone already. They won’t buy anything for more than 2 dollars half the time, you’re better off selling your items to the homeless people around the area.

Dinner is this pawnshop I went in to get a loan on AirPods pros Second GEN and they told me that they based the value off of the sales price yet in the top corner they had xbox series x priced at the full price for sale. Said it’s about supply and demand. Try to tell me that an Xbox series X is on more demand than AirPod pros. Tried to offer me 50 bucks for an item that was worth $300

I brought in a drill gun I received as a Christmas gift. I've only used it a couple of times in those two weeks. I had left the house without cash and was dangerously low on gas. I had not been to this store but it was the closest I could find. I was told I need a receipt because it looks so new. I presented the shipping box it came in and it was obviously not retail packaging or something that could have been stolen from a store. I asked for another opinion, and the manager told me to get in touch with my aunt and have her email a receipt to me. He wants me to tell my aunt I need to pawn my Christmas gift from her. Are you kidding me? Then the 16 year old employee says , " It's only worth 5 or 6 dollars anyway.". I proceeded to open up eBay, who is the pawn price standard, and show them 3 entries in a row for $90. In pawn language that means they should loan $30. The manager refused to accept my item and I told him there is no way I'm calling my aunt for a receipt for her Christmas present. Now I am leaving my truck here and walking to a gas station to beg for a gallon of gas so I can get back home. There is no way I ever set one foot in this store ever again.

Winner! Winner! Cash money! Cherie was more than fair with me and helped me see my community better. She has been here for almost 18 years!! Cherie shows up! The manager of 7yrs, Mireya was generous every time I came in with questions, and Jisel always remembers my name. Here they dont just take your stuff and treat you rough...they really care. Its always clean and theres tons of stuff to sift through while you let their energy uplift you. You can tell that they really do care and want whats best for me. They also give fantastic feedback! If you are looking for a little help in a hard time, this is the place!!

Don t waste your time. I ve been to this place twice. The first time I sold a couple of things and had to fill out a ridiculous amount of paperwork compared to other pawn shops. The second time the staff was extremely rude and didn t even bother to evaluate my item. There are so many other nicer places in town with a much more professional staff.

Its a pawn shop you never know what to expect, you see it and it may not be there the next time you go. People are always willing to help, very well trained on all items there,to a certain extent. They are very respectful and professional. The shop is very clean and organized and cameras everywhere and you are somewhat safe.

I had no issues with this store. They greeted me when I walked in. I found a few items I wanted to look at. The manager was great, very courteous. The young lady that took my payment was very friendly & professional. I stop by now to check out their selections once & a while.

Went into this place a week ago and they gave me a quote on an item I had. Called them today to see if the quote still stands. They say yes. I bring it in and they give me less then they told me they would so I didnt sell them my item. So dont come to this place, unless you wanna get cheated. Your choice.

In My own opinión i really liked and enjoyed this pawn shop a while back when there was diffrent staff back then now things have changed a lot and im not happy at all now i think about it twice to ask questions or even when i need to Call or go in person. i been a customer there for a long time but i think i need to move on and not go there anymore find and try a new location.
