Unfortunately I had a sad experience at this location. I was trying to sell my laptop and the whole conversation was something I have never had before. The manager on duty was the lady I talked too. I still can't believe it really seemed like a prank call. I feel bad if someone is having a bad day, however I feel this review truly needs to be addressed. Thank you.

Customer service here is amazing. They have so many things whatever you need they have it here. I was very surprised by the wonderful customer service because a lot of times when you go to pawnshops they are very rude. They were very helpful and very respectful.

RIP OFF ALERT!!! I just went here. This shop offers less than every pawn shop in the valley. After I waited for some time. The employee treated me like I was a drug addict / he judged me. I am tired from being at work. He clearly was passing judgments on me based on how he communicated with me. He even interrupted me to get his question answered disregarding what me THE CUSTOMER was saying. Tried to rip me off than dismissed me as I was talking to him he walked and looked away. Disrespectful and unprofessional .....I was offered an insulting amount. Man was very snooty. He smirked at me when I stated I had just pawned for 400 a few weeks ago as if I was being dishonest...and JUST DID RIGHT NOW. I don't lie. N I don't get ripped off by vultures. Here's a picture. Was loaned a PROPER, FAIR amount At a legit pawn shop . That man attempted to give me 100 dollars for a 600 dollar gun ...if you want to get ripped off this is the place. If you need a pawn loan and help there are better options. Pawn 1st. , Aztec pawn, the pawn shop. They are fair. I know this. I only went to this place because location.

Thieves is what they are I pawned some stuff in April went in august 8th they told it was past due but they still had it and I could pay late fees and renew the loan so I ended up paying $80 that day I was told it would buy me another 90 day and I called two weeks ago because I lost my slip and the guy over the phone told me I would get a call when it came due so I call today oct 2nd so less than two months and the lady started being disrespectful when she found my name and told me I lost my stuff in July and hung up on me I should have known the place looks like a junk yard and I know they do illegal stuff there because I heard them talking about the guitars they bought with the serial numbers scratched off I will be reporting them

BUYER BEWARE: I bought a brand new in box was used and linked to it s former owner, they refused to refund! When you sit there, saying, It is brand new in the box never been used , and have it appearing to look like it s never been used. Why would I try and test it and open a sealed box? It was never said, no refunds for things from OfferUp! Way to rip off an elderly person!

BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!! This place sold me defective merchandise and refused to exchange or replace it. I contacted them within 10 hours of purchasing it and they outright refused to do anything. Simply put they said they WONT do anything about it. Additionally they use the bait and switch tactic to get people to come into the store. They post items on offer up, but don t actually have the item in the store. Beware!

This place is unlike any other pawn shop. I come back all the time to see Jim, he is the man. Hes always super helpful, knows his stuff, honest, and hes a cool dude. Theyre family owned business so you dont have to deal with the corporate BS. Come here enough and youll feel like a part of their family. These guys are legit, this location has been here for something like 20 years and you can find everything you need at reasonable prices, you can pawn pretty much anything of value and get a fair deal and know that you supported a local family on business. Come here before you go to the other guys.

Would NOT shop this location again. Purchased plasma cutter from the owner of this establishment AS IS for a 30% discount because it had a garbage aftermarket switch installed on the handle and e-taped on. The owner informed me he had not had the means to test the item when he received it. Purchased and took it to my shop and tucked it away for about 2wks until i actually needed it. Pulled the unit out to use today and it doesnt work. Called the shop and was greeted by a very nice sounding woman that ended up having a very intolerable attitude towards me as I explained the situation. First she tried to argue that everything they sell is tested(BOLD FACED LIE, knowing the owner said it WAS NOT tested), then tried to ask me if I tested the item before purchase( which they did not have the means to provide) and finally when non of those tactics worked she asked me to hold went and verified all of this info with the owner and came back to the phone telling me that it was sold AS IS with the assumption its broken not that it had a poor repair done. When I explained it was sold AS IS because of the poor repair with the assumption at the time that the item worked, the woman got even more rude, cut me off and asked if id like to leave a number. I did and told her I hoped they could have a little more compassion for the next customer they are contacted by, to which she snarked back with a little more attitude and hung up on me. BEWARE no returns at this shop even if they pull a fast one on you and poor service if they get found out... **Posting this to hopefully save another consumer or business owner the $500 I lost to this company. Shop other more reputable pawn shops that test or allow you to test the items you are purchasing or have the reputation to do the right thing if they unknowingly sell you a bad item.

Dont waste your time! I went here to pawn my toolset and was snubbed by rude manager. She didnt look at all my items but stated I couldnt get more than $200 for everything. I brought in $2,000 worth of tools including 8 piece Ridgid power tool set, Klein hand tool set, Fluke multimeter, etc. All name brand tools. I was asked to leave after I said her $200 offer was offensive. Wasted my time. I only went here after seeing positive Google Reviews. Such a disappointment.

I wont a bidding on ebay , and i was our of town for that week . As soon as i got back i contacted their company because i wanted to go buy the truck , leaving from NJ . 2 days in a row i tried to talk to angela but she was out of the office , after a week i was able to speak to her and she wasnt sure if the truck was still available which she needed to talk to her boss , she said she would call me in 5 mins . After one week she sent a text asking for $1000 deposit , after ONE week . I was waiting for a response and NOTHING so i went and bought another truck . She had the courage to text me today calling me broke and saying shes reporting me and that my company is junk ! Shes is super disrespectful !!!! Very unproffessional !!

If you are a Targeted Individual, AVOID. You show up, then shortly after, a perpetrator arrives, speaks to the shop owner, then all of a sudden you are offered nothing for something that consistently sells for hundreds of dollars. They should really considering changing their signage that says We Take Everything!.

BUYER BEWAREI came in to buy a car advertised for 2500 dollars. When I arrived it didnt run or even start. I still offered to buy it and then they wouldnt sell for less than 2800. The girl up feont acts like boss but has to make a call on every deal they do. This place is a grimey low rent place with skeezy employees. BUYER BEWARE

The one guy there was really monotone. I complemented the fact that the store looks like a Mexican convenient store restroom, ( I said it looks homey cause its unfinished and ugly ) and straight-faced, monotone responses since I entered. No welcome as my wife and I entered, and when I attempted to sell my $800 gun with the case and scope he said he could do $300 with NO NEGOTIATION WHATSOEVER. Very dead and gloomy. Do NOT go here for anything other than a few sockets.
