And when the deal went haywire at the end (to no fault of ours) he stepped up with me to get it closed. It's an amazing deal for our clients but it wouldn't have closed without Michael.

Buying your first home can be a tad bit stressful. It was an absolute pleasure working with Anna Bayardo Martin Andrade and Janet and their team Anna and Martin exceeded our expectations throughout the entire home buying process. When my husband and I met with them and explained our reservations, they were supportive, extremely patient, and eased our minds with this vast decision-making process.

Absolutely without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had with any business or organization.

I'll give the benefit of the doubt, but after a "freak accident" where the underwriter handling my case supposedly broke their leg in the parking lot, my closing date was pushed back 4 times. Michael personally stated he would be sending a gift card for "$100 for each day the closing was delayed" its been well over a month and I have received nothing, but that's the least of the issues.

I specifically asked Michael, Jose, Cody, as well as Leslie if there were any home and flood insurance requirements to secure the loan, REPEATEDLY. To which all had replied "No" They even had DIRECT correspondence with the insurance company I chose.

Now, almost 2 months after closing I was contacted by Michael who stated that the FHA did not accept my file because the flood insurance was not backed by the NFIP. I'm now quoted with a premium anywhere from $2500-$5000 A YEAR in an extremely dry part of Arizona. If I had this information when I had asked, I would have NEVER closed on this house.

If you're considering buying a home, do yourself a HUGE favor and go to another branch or lender completely. I have never written a bad review for any business. I don't like doing it, but the utter failure and lack of accountability is truly astounding.
