You guys… This shop is amazing! They have so much but that’s not the best part! Me and my husband went there today and had the best experience in a pawn shop ever! Everyone was laughing even the customers! I forget this one guys name but he was so funny and nice and this Wonderful woman Cindy???? She’s the best! If you come here you have to ask for her, she is so sweet and funny and a great worker, good attitude! Overall they are all amazing people and give you good deals! It’s so nice there I just want to hangout there all day! Thank you to the guy I can’t remember his name and I’m so sorry and thank you to Cindy! Definitely will be coming back very soon!

I will say Cindy is an awesome sales rep for sure helped me find a laptop (bought for myself as a bday gift)specifically to use for video editing. The following day was my bday so I wasn't home until late that night. I charged the laptop an was able to get it set up. Took less then 10 minutes to set up and the battery dropped to 20% and the screen went black right after. Paid for the protection plan and was told I could swap it out for a different one if the one I got didn't work properly, well that wasn't the case took it back couldn't swap it out and only got a portion of what I paid for it because it was passed their 24hr return policy. Got it 9/25 and brought it back 9/27 wouldn't even stay on long enough to factory reset it. Lesson learned to not shop there anymore.

Kudos to USA Pawn. Looking for a used lawnmower for awhile now. Only found a few for under 200. On a whim I stopped in and found one for 175. Tried to start it but " It ain't got no gas innit"😁 sold it to me for 108. Got it home and it barked off instantly. Runs great. Very Gratful for them. Thank you USA Pawn

Kudos to USA Pawn. Looking for a used lawnmower for awhile now. Only found a few for under 200. On a whim I stopped in and found one for 175. Went yesterday and they offered a decent amount. Not what we needed, but we decided to go for it. Get there today, and they low ball it. They conveniently slept since yesterday. We decided against it. I understand its their job, but to outright lie about it.... thats what gets me. Go somewhere else. They are not honest people.

Whether you need to sell, get a loan or purchase an item, I can recommend USA Pawn enough. They took care of me when I needed a loan and worked with me when things were tough. They treated me like family and never made me feel any shame due to my circumstances. When things got better, they had my items and were so happy I was able to get them back. There are a lot of places you can go and they are very friendly, but when or if you run into an issue will they contact you or work with you? I learned the hard way that other places wont and you can kiss your valuables goodbye. Unfortunately, that did happen to me and it was and is a very painful lesson. USA Pawn DID NOT do that to me when they had every right too. Instead they went above and beyond what they needed to do. They called me, checked in with me and my situation and worked with me. THEY WANTED to make sure that I got my items back and did everything they could to give me that opportunity. Because of them, I was able to get back some very valuable items. I asked them WHY would you do this when the OTHER place said calling me was just a courtesy even though they had very expensive items that they knew meant everything to me. I thought and was wrong that they would take that into consideration before selling my items. Just a phone call or text would have been nice especially before knowing they were going to be offering it up for sale. Even if a call to say Hey you didnt pay the interest and your stuff is going up for sale, if you want to buy it back this is what it will cost Giving me 1st right of refusal. But no didnt get that call, text, email etc...But USA Pawn treated me with such respect and care. They said I was a great customer and wanted my business in the future. They said we know you got some hard times but things were gong to be coming in and felt it was the right thing to do! My only regret I have with USA Pawn was that I didnt bring the other items there, but that was my fault not theirs! AGAIN, EVERY SINGLE PERSON AT USA PAWN WAS WONDERFUL, PROFESSIONAL AND SHOWED A LOT OF CARE. If I am ever in this situation again, I KNOW WHO I CAN GO TO AND TRUST! I have also bought some large tools there and EVERYTHING has worked GREAT! I Love this company and love the people working there. The OWNER hired WONDERFUL PEOPLE & I THANK YOU FOR THAT!!!

I really dont recommend this place to buy electronics, what they sell is rubbish, I lost $880 on a tablet that had the screen frozen, they only give 24 hours to check and this tablet started to freeze after two days, and they didnt even want to give me not even credit from the store, when I took her they are abusive because at first they behave very friendly but the truth is that after they have already earned money they dont care that other people lose their money because with so much effort put into earning it, the truth is they dont I recommend this place

Theyre ok. Friendly enough staff. But being a corporation theyre going to be more limited by policy then then the smaller mom and pop shops, meaning that there more picky on the types of items that they are interested in loaning on. Ultimately if youre in need of a loan do yourself a favor and just go to Pawn World over on Beale St.

They have signs claiming they will give you top dollar for a firearm. Yet i get offered a lower amount then another shop. So how does this pawn shop gove top dollar for firearms? When there are other shops that would offer me more than this pawn shop did. Seems to me they give corporate bottom dollar amounts vs a local pawn shop.

Took silver rounds to sell. At $28.50 a coin they only wanted to give me $15 a coin Do not take silver, gold or any other precious metals here. I can understand jewelry, house hold items, but hand them a twenty dollar bill its only worth $10 Other pawn shops in Kingman give you the monetary value of the gold or silver, maybe you should go there instead. At $28.50 a coin thats $285 at the price they offered $15 a coin $150. They stood to make $135 for free. Im exchanging money for money. Atleast at Pawn world they give you the value of the silver you are exchanging.

Went into USA Pawn & Jewelry just by a whim today. I was greeted by two extremely friendly & courteous gentleman. Matt was so kind to show me around the store and gave me a little background on how USA Pawn & Jewelry works. This shop is not like the mom and pop shops that will hang onto items forever with the same price. These guys actually have items that go on sale and even clearance. WOW was I surprised. I had no idea pawn stores had clearance or even sales. Clearance and sales are just up my alley so point me in that direction and I told him. He asked me what I like to purchase and he guided me in that direction and by my surprise I found a few items that were way less then I actually thought they would be. Anybody looking for an item, check out USA Pawn and Jewelry first before traveling through Kingman you never know what youre going to find. Thanks guys for a great find! And thank you Matt for a great deal on my new sunglasses!

This place is a joke, I went in yesterday in need of a new cell phone and after 20 minutes sorting through the plethora of jumbled phones finally found a Verizon. So I purchased the phone and after attempting to activate the phone got to sit on the phone with customer service for 2 hours because the phone was reported stolen so it locked my SIM card as well as the phone unfortunately the rep that was helping you was extremely nice and understanding. When I called the pawn shop to apprise them of the situation got a response of if you have the receipt you can come get your money back. Bad business makes me wonder what else is stolen that they dont check on

I went in to begrudgingly pawn a couple items while in between paychecks. A day or two ago they quoted me one price, today they quoted me half the price they did before. Treated me like I knew nothing about my own item, then called me a liar when I recounted the previous quote. Ill never go back. Lowballing and insulting your clients is not how to stay in business. At least youll never get mine. Another pawn shop did...

Bad service if you would like to pawn 14k evidently they have no knowledge of quality jewelry . The atmosphere was complicated by people who are absolutely uneducated and have 0 skills all around the board. Too boot the place was totally a dive and run unprofessionally. Go to a jeweler with certification dont waste your time with this place .

I have been in their shop twice and both times Ive taken in 2 items of mine that is well worth 200 plus dollars and all they have tired to give me is 20 or 30 dollars. Even after they looked up my item today and stated the its value is 500.00 they only offerdo30.00 USA pawn and jewelry is a rip off...next time Ill use a different one for my needs

To say the least, this establishment needs to be abolished from the city of Kingman. They prey on the weak and ignorant. If you have an understanding of your product you wish to sell or buy and you know its true worth do not bother doing business with these imbeciles.

Been here 3 times to buy and have nothing bit good experiences and great deals on DVD and games. Dont expect much if youre selling and the prices on other stuff starts out unusually high but is pretty reasonable after its been on their shelves a couple months. Room for improvement, but not a 1 star place.

Its an OK place for buyers, and i say that because the prices are a little high. Now, if youre looking to pawn or sell, i would recommend looking elsewhere. They are open most holidays when all the rest are closed.

Love, love, love the guys at this store! When I could not make it down to pay on the day it was due, they (Keith) generously gave me the extra time I needed to pay them. They could have been jerks and kept my pawned items, but no, instead they did what no pawn shop I have ever known to do, they let me pay late. Shout out to Keith & all the guys at USA Pawn on Detroit Ave, Kingman AZ - YOU GUYS FREAKIN ROCK!!!

Wanted to give me 79 dollars for my samsung galaxy s7 that is 4 months old with minor scratching used galaxy s7 are 600 online,therefore I want 500-450,hell Id take 400,but there isnt anyway I am gonna let them make $451off of me I am not an idiot. I would highly recommend anywhere but here.
