Went there today to look at a Ruger revolver. Guy at counter said they couldn't take the trigger lock off until I bought it. Would you buy a used car without a test drive? I just wanted to feel the pull and release. They just lost 400$. Worst place ever. Do Not Go In the Door.

This is the worst pawn shop Ive ever been to. The employees have always ignored customers. The employee that works during the day, with long hair needs to be terminated immediately. I took in my brand new 72 inch smart TV with remote and hanging brace. I was in a tight spot and had no choice but to
pawn it. The long haired brat only gavd me ,$60. His reason was it was missing ONE bolt for the legs. It hangs anyway and doesn't need legs! He could easily find a bolt to fit. Everyone i talk to says the same thing about this shop. Customers never come first there and they low ball the customers to death!!

I will never ever, ever take another step in this place. In the past, I have spent thousands on musical and video game equipment. I’ve bought three TVs from there. But lately, the staff has been so rude and unhelpful. Today, I saw a controller that I wanted and it was clearly marked at $80. When I attempted to buy it, the staff rudely pointed out that they had intended it to be bundled with an Xbox. As everyone knows, Xbox aren’t exactly flying off the shelves. They would rather stick to trying to pawn the Xbox off for $400 with the controller then let me buy it for the sticker price of $80 . I thought the point of business was to take guaranteed money and I was going to give them 1/4 of what they were asking for the Xbox in cash. Not to mention the controller had its own price tag and was clearly marked as $80. They like to make up their own rules and are exceedingly rude . I recommend avoiding this place at all cost. They have lost thousands by treating a guy who has spent at least 10k previously over their attitudes, general laziness/aloofness, and lack of sense to mark a “bundle” as such and removing the price tags. I hope the owner reads this and knows their staff cost them a lot of money - I found a couple guitars and midi controllers I wanted (about 3k in total) so way to go gang.

Don’t bring any firearm/gun here for pawn or sell

They offer bottom dollar. Brought in a gun that was worth 630$ new from cabelas that they searched up on their own search and then only offered my $250 for a PAWN. Not even trying to sell it. Just pawning it I was offered 250$ off the price they searched up. That’s not even 1/3 of the value the fn 509 compact has.

I could only imagine what they would have offered if I was selling it. The workers here don’t know the gun market nor do they know the difference between them. Anything else but guns they should be working with. Nice people. But not the place at all to bring a firearm for pawn or sell. If you ARE TRYING TO LOOK FOR ATLEAST HALF THE VALUE. they won’t even give you half.

And his reasoning Omar said was “ we as a company always try to make double” so they weren’t even worried about me as a customer. But what kind of profit they were gonna make off me. And I was only trying to pawn it not even sell it.

Claim they call you about layaway, but don t. Then you forfeit your money on whatever they put back for sale. Total lies as I have their number saved in my phone and never once got a call or text about my layaway but now lost it and the money. Never again I won t ever buy anything from you again and I ll make sure to tell everyone I know your practices are crap

Came in here looking to buy a tv .. not only was absolutely no one in the store but the 2 employees but those 2 couldn t take any time to come over and assist me or even acknowledge my existence. I was in a walker just standing there by the tvs, this was the opportunity for your employees to acknowledge the customer in your store. This interaction or lack there of cost you guys a tv sale. Let s just start by saying my first experience at pawn first was not terrible. This is the only reason I m giving at least two stars. The first time I came in, I was selling a guitar, and it was my first time in a pawnshop. Part of this was on me but I got completely lowballed and only got $40 out of a pretty good guitar. Today I walked in trying to sell a guitar amp and not even 30 seconds of research was put into finding out more about the amp. instead, he asked his boss more info and came back and said no. After this, I was polite and asked if they would rather keep the amp or at least throw it away I was laughed at and given a pretty sarcastic response if you want the value of your item as well as some half decent customer service, go somewhere else. Thank you.

Daniel is a nice enough person. He was the second person from this pawn shop that I interacted with. The first person, the first time I went in there, was kind of rude. I guess given that, I probably should have just gone somewhere else, but this is the pawn shop closest to my house so its convenient. I wont blame the pawn shop at all for my items being less valuable than I had hoped, however, having visited their website prior to going in to the store, I kind of expected more/better. They make it sound like they are open to buying a variety of things. I know some of the things I wanted to sell had value, but in reality they dont really accept a wide range of items as they had implied on the website. Im not really sensitive about how much my items are actually worth....I never expected to have to go on disability and have to go through this transitional period where Im trying to make ends meet, wasnt expecting to have to sell any of my possessions in the first place. Its a little bit harder to survive when your body isnt functioning very well or like youre used to. So this was just another unfortunate/difficult experience in the long line of unfortunate/difficult experiences I go through each day. I was really trying to keep an open mind and hope for the best, but it didnt turn out quite as I had hoped. Turns out Im a little more open minded than they happen to be. Ill probably go somewhere else in the future.

Priced over retail. They had an Epiphone Les Paul Studio guitar priced at $799. Missing pieces. New free shipping they are $549. I brought it up to the manager about changing the marked price and he said he knew it was over the price of new but wasn t changing the sticker price. Horrible experience, some young kid who knows barely what his computer tells him and even that is questionable, maybe he doesnt kno his months yet, or what I think happend is he thought I looked desperate and he might be able to rip me off. Brought in brand new Google nest pro 3rd generation, and he said he could offer me 10 dollars when I was confused and had him show me the screen he was by the wrong ones, old simpler models far cheaper, and when I corrected him and he started scrolling, he quickly grabbed the screen and turned it away, also said they dont sell often too so thats why so cheap. They sold multiple on-line for around $200 this week. I have to head back in today and find out why he wanted to lie and rip me off....So thats the kind of staff here beware

So I thought this store would be in good hands since it was under new management but I was wrong. I came in their with a Tiffanys necklace that wasnt your typical Tiffanys necklace so this mastermind of jeweler took literally a 5 second look and said it was fake. Not only was the way he said it super disrespectful anyone who had any common sense or prior experience dealing with customers wouldnt of said it the way he did and would of asked for a 2nd opinion. All the while the GM didnt say anything or do anything he just acted like he didnt know what was going on. Managers should never do that because an experience manager is fully aware and will always chime in or add a second opinion. I went some where else and they assured me it wasnt a fake. If you want a pawn shop that does more of looking at themselves in the mirror then actually giving customers any type of assistance this is your store. Real leadership is needed here .

Kassie the assistant manager was so attentive and friendly! I really appreciate their pristine customer service! The manager Rene shows how proud he is to run this store. It s squeaky clean compared to others I ve been to in the past. I recommend you come here even if you have to come from another side of town! 5 stars service!

Customer service was horrible. 3 attempts to retrieve my item and they keep giving me excuses as to why I can t get my item waisting my time amongst many other things Didn t apologize for any inconvenience. First and last experience

I have been going here for awhile now and the store was pretty bad until new management took over. When Rene and his team came in I have never had a bad experience since. The store is always clean and organized. The BEST part of the store is the manager Rene!! He always helps you get the best deals and will go above and beyond for you. Rene and Kassie have done so much for me. Everyone at the store has been wonderful they have always helped me out when I needed it the most. I would NEVER go anywhere else.

Pawn 1 st on belief and 63 rd was amazing! Went in to purchase a gun helped me out ! And the ladies there amazing! Great customer service ! Will definitely go back

Went in to get a loan on my Michael Kors watch. The woman informed me that unfortunately she could not take it because the battery was dead but gave me an estimate of what she could give me. Went and got a battery for it and went right back. Same woman helped me. She was amazing, she stuck by her price. I was in-and-out of there within 10 minutes. She gave me a good deal on it!
