This is by far the best mortgage company in America. I am in Tennessee and this is the second time that I get the services of Luis Rivera from Price Mortgage to help me secure the loan I want at the lowest possible rate and the lowest closing costs. I got to know Luis through the agent of the seller of a property, at the time the local banks I had available were not helping me or were giving me very high costs, then the seller s agent reached out to me through my agent and gave me Luis s contact info and told me that Luis will get me the best loan I need at the lowest costs, and that indeed was the advice of the century for me.

Andy was excellent through the whole process. He was always quick to answer our questions regardless of the day or time. He also was able to get us pre-approved even though I hadnt worked for a few months. Every other mortgage broker we worked with couldnt believe that he had pre-approved me, and told me to get it in writing from Andy. They said that I needed two pay stubs before they would clear me for close, but Andy was able to work miracles and get me approved based on my job offer. Not only that, but he was able to get us pre-approved at a rate that other lenders told me didnt exist. I will be using Price Mortgage for anything I need in the future!

Frank is simply great! I really thought this was too good to be true but after talking to him I was convinced that he could save me a lot of money if I utilize his services in refinancing my home loan. I had many questions as this was new to me however, he was always available to answer every question and explained everything in detail. His honesty and professionalism is unmatched. Not once did I feel pressured to work with him and always assured me that I can cancel my refinancing at any time. The initial figures he gave me at the beginning of the refinancing process were the same figures I got when I refinanced my new loan from the lender. Truly remarkable! It s a miracle that I was able to buy my first home, and it s all thanks to Randy Bongard at Price Mortgage. I didn t want to rent; I had my heart set on getting my own place. But there were a lot of things going against me such as being self-employed, having a non-occupant co-borrower, and purchasing a non-warrantable condo at one of the most challenging times in real estate history. I recently worked with Andy for a mortgage on a rental property I own. My income is complex as I am self employed and have a number of investment properties so the banks are always extra thorough with my mortgages. Andy and his team were super professional, available, and thorough to get this mortgage approved and funded. The bank kept hitting us with new requests and Andy and his team keep pushing to get what they needed. We also ran into an issue where the bank requested a document that would be impossible for me to produce (the guarantee they wanted cannot exist), Andy pushed back on this and got the bank to waive the requirement. Overall, I am very satisfied with the result and honestly dont think it would have happened without Andy and his great team!

Our realtor had recommended Andy several years back when we were looking to purchase a home. We didnt move forward with a purchase because of the craziness of the market but I was impressed with Andys quick communication and dedication to helping us get what we were looking for. This past year we ended up selling our home and purchased another from a family member in cash. We embarked on a major remodel and had to finance it with a large HELOC from our bank because they werent able to do a refi during construction. The long term goal was then to consolidate our debt into a refi after construction was complete. When the time came, I approached our bank for the refi and the rates they presented were quite high. I then remembered Andy and reached out to him. In short, he, Richard, and the rest of his team presented a much better rate and level of service I had not previously received from my bank. When faced with a major title issue, Price worked diligently with the equally amazing title company (Pioneer) to see everything to closing. In what normally wouldve been a stressful situation, my wife and I didnt even have time to stress because of the top tier communication and efficiency of the team. I highly recommend!

There are not enough positive words in the human dictionary that could sum up how I feel about Amy Espinoza. She is hands down the best lender anyone could ever come across. My husband and I moved to Arizona for work and planned on renting, had no money to buy, used all our money to get here. We kept getting rejected for rentals so I contacted Aphrodite Lenasch as she is a realtor and she told me I would have to buy. But we were not in a situation that we could buy, at least we thought. Then she introduced us to Amy and I quickly found out these 2 women are a dynamic duo. Together with their amazing skill set, they got us into a house with a pool. Amy gets numbers. Mark Mazzucco was our loan officer and were happy to report that he was an absolute beast. First off, he got us a rate at least a half a percent lower than anybody else on the market. And his strategy for getting us through a difficult time during a topsy turvy mortgage rate market, was second to none. Heres the real reason why we are leaving a review. We got a call a week away from closing from Mark where he told us that he was redoing the loan to get us a lower rate. He trimmed another quarter point off a rate that was already way better than everybody elses. And he did it for free. I dont know that a lot of brokers would have went through the trouble that he did to save us even more money. This guy doesnt quit. You want him on your side. Justin and Tamara Griffin

Randy and his staff are exceptional. I m not a technical person with computers and they made my experience amazingly easy and provided help immediately whenever I needed it. In fact I just used my IPhone. I would recommend Randy, Steve my Real Estate Agent in the blink of an eye without hesitation. Andy and his entire team were awesome the whole way through. I d say my number one take away is the communication was excellent, but the close second was Andy being able to get me the best interest-rate during some of the worst mortgage rate times. I stumbled upon Price Mortgage while looking for VA lenders, I am on the East Coast and they are in Arizona, so total stroke of luck. I truly was very happy with the overall experience from start to finish and I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future for a refi or any other home purchases.
