I dropped off an old necklace to get repaired and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming! I was trying to surprise by boyfriend with a fixed chain that had broke months ago and it had one small diamond missing. Dustin fixed the missing diamond and the chain. It was so clean it looked better then it did when we got it years ago! It’s the over and beyond for me! Thank you so much! He was so excited to see it!

I recently purchased an upgraded ring. I talked with Charley on the phone. When I walked in she knew exactly what I was looking for. She helped me place a diamond in a setting and also get it sized all in one day. They are sweet and awesome to deal with. Took 2 rings I've had since I was 16 years old that I've been unable to wear for about 25 years to get sized and have my broken opal replaced and prongs retipped and couldn't be more pleased with the service. First- they have beautiful Jewelry and Estate Jewelry. Second- It's best place in Huntsville to have jewelry repaired!! They have sized a ring for me (my mom's, which is very sentimental to me) and did a superb job. They also repaired a broken sterling silver necklace and it looks brand new! In the past I've had a hard time finding anyone that would handle silver, not any more. From now on Wholesale Jewelers is the go to jewelry store for me. Very helpful people!! Highly recommend.

The people over at wholesale Jewelry & Loans know the secret to operating a great business! Upon entering the store I was greeted and immediately assisted with my needs. I came in shopping for a new necklace to replace my old one that had it for a pendent that was given to me by my father. We talked for a while about the pendant for a while and its importance to me and the history about it. They listed to me babble for at least 30 minutes about it (yes i'm a talker). There so cool over here! Such great service. I walked out with a new necklace at a great price for my prized pendant that Ill continue to wear on behalf of my father! Went here to get an engagement ring/wedding ring set that I paid over 4,200$ for appraised. The owner was very nice but basically pulled up pictures on the internet of new rings, of course different models that were on sale, to argue that he could get a ring for 700$. Obviously these rings were not comparable and were basically rings that only an old lady would purchase! He basically told me that my two diamond rings were worth about 300$!!! Probably not the best place to go to sell any jewlrey since the owner can purchase it new online for cheap!!!!

For years I had put off having some jewelry repaired for fear of outrageous pricing. None of my jewelry was valuable financially, but they were very special to me. I finally bit the bullet thinking I would get some quotes and go from there. We started and stayed with Wholesale Jewelry. The prices were great, service was wonderful, turnaround time cant be beat and Im so pleased with my repairs/upgrades. I had 2 rings repaired with missing stones replaced and had a cluster removed and solitaire placed in one ring with the cluster turned into a pendant. 10/10 recommend. I needed my engagement ring resized because it was a little big and I called around to a couple other jewelers in the area and they said it would take at least 2 weeks. My fiancé and I went into Wholesale Jewelry at 4pm and they called me a little before 10:30 am the next day saying it was finished!! I went to Wholesale to inquired about getting my chain fixed. Trish greeted me with smiles. Assistance was prompt. Got my necklace and enjoyed a few laughs all under 7 minutes. Great shop there!

Bought ring for grand- daughter it broke brought back broke again and they fixed it and probably gonna break again still not fixed right,the CEO of the business was not very helpful ,you can see where he put it back together a good jeweler would have definitely smoothed the gold out or to make it right added more gold!!!

My family has been coming here for jewelry, and jewelry related services for years and the staff is ALWAYS exceptional. Dustin is THE MAN! TLDR. Dustin got our gold chain repaired quickly, polished a wedding band, taught us a lot, and most importantly... Wasnt a pushy salesman. As 1st time customers, my wife and I came in to get her a new clasp on her gold chain. Dustin schooled us up on the what would be a good, long lasting option. He told us it would only take a few hours at most. Before we left, the wife looked at a few bands that she liked, and Dustin came back out to allow her to try on some pieces. He wasnt pushy at all, but was still gracious enough to explain what it was we were looking at. We then made our way over to the gold chains. I described the type of chain I was wanting to see, he knew exactly what I was talking about, and pulled out a few herringbone pieces. I tried them on, and wasnt as big of a fan as I thought Id be. Dustin then pulled out a foxtail which I liked a lot more. He then pointed out that its typically a more masculine piece than a herringbone. I really want to emphasize how great this was because it would have been off-putting had he said that prior to me trying both pieces on first, and deciding for myself which one i liked better. And again, he wasnt pushing anything on us. As we conversed more, I pointed out that that my gold wedding band was about due for a refinishing (it was purchased elsewhere). He re-brushed and polished the exterior and polished the inside. By the time he was done, the wifes necklace was too, which was probably around 30 minutes or less. All in all, the wife and I were pleased with the laid back professionalism, patience, and conversation that Dustin shared. Well be back!

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable in finding the wedding bands we wanted and explaining the differences in types and quality. The rings were quickly resized and polished in the same visit, they fit and look great. Well be coming back for the name and date engravings inside the bands soon.

I took my wife s wedding set in to repair and replace a stone. It was about half of what I was expecting to pay plus it was ready the same day. Beautiful work! They even cleaned it. They are amazing! They have my business from now on! Super friendly folks!
